Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bellevue

This taco bell location has messed up in some way of each of my last five orders. I am not a picky person, but when I am ordering for people with food allergies and I cannot rely at all on accuracy, that stretches me pretty far.

An occasional mix-up is 100% fine, we're human, but this location consistently provides poorly made, poorly filled, poorly wrapped, and incorrect items. In addition to receiving the wrong item for the third time altogether in a row. The person this was ordered for is allergic to rice and meat and were given a rice bowl instead of the ordered burrito. The taco in the order was wrapped so poorly that all the toppings fell out in the bag. That's pretty common at this store too. Don't expect full items and don't expect burritos that aren't poorly wrapped, covered in sauce, or leaking before you even open the wrapper.

I strongly recommend avoiding this location if you are unable to turn back to have them fix it, which to their credit they will, but when you're already 15 minutes away, sick at home, or don't want to waste an extra 30 minutes of your day unless you expect everything before...

I pull up to drive thru asking if they are doing both breakfast and lunch. She says yes. So I order one sausage breakfast box. Then ask about the lunch box. She says oh ya ya. Asked for one to be diet mountain dew.. Took the drinks. And I said no tomatoes for the lunch. She said no worries. I get to the window. Get the drinks and the bag. Was told have a good day. My passenger checks the bag. There are two breakfast crunch wraps the donuts and hashbrown. Thats it. So I go back and explain what we got. Then I'm told there isn't any box for lunch. She said I thought you just wanted a breakfast crunch wrap on the side. Then why was I charged for two breakfast boxes?. But only got an extra wrap and my drink? I said I was charged for both. When I asked for the lunch "box", which should have been a trio and a drink. Im allergic to tomatoes, said no tomatoes at the order box then reiterated at the window. Still got tomatoes on the wrap. Recieved no burrito. And got a taco. Plus regular mountain dew when I asked for diet. (Type 1 diabetic) not happy...

Today I went through the drive thru getting food for my sister and myself to surprise her at work downtown. Very nice young guy taking the order. Once I got downtown and opened the bag I notice the second meal WASNT EVEN IN THE BAG! So I called the store letting them know, I didn’t get to eat lunch because they “forgot” the other half of my order. Come back to speak to the manager at their request to get my money back for food I didn’t not receive. I get there, now driving out of my way twice. For the manager to say we can’t do that but we can replace the food. Um lady! Lunch is over now! So now I get to run the rest of my errands with Taco Bell in my car. But wait it gets better! They didn’t even replace all the food that was missing from the first time. I absolutely love Taco Bell, only place I can get my favorite drink! But this location will never get my serves again. So...
