Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Bellevue

Well, We did not have a good experience at all. At this point If anyone asked me if i liked it i would say absolutely not, Dont go there. I ordered the chicken, bacon and ranch. I said no cheese and no ranch but add chipotle mayo and onions. (on the menu it says it comes with chicken, bacon, ranch, tomato, lettuce) I waited for my food and then the brought it to me the rolled the one side of the bag like as if my sandwich was a loaf of bread and put it in the bag. My husband and I never got asked what kind of bread we wanted either. I looked at my sandwhich when i got to the car and it had no lettuce or tomato which come on the sandwhich and i saw no bacon. I thought they just gave me the wrong sandwich. When i went in there they gave me attitude. I said to them that I think you gave me the wrong sandwich because it has no bacon and no lettuce and no tomatoes and no chipotle mayo. He said “you didnt tell me you wanted tomato and lettuce” I said i didnt know i had to because it already comes on the sandwich. then went to the back and thats when the group of them turned and all stared at me all at once. It made me very uncomfortable. Handed me a container of the sides. Then when we got home I noticed that the sandwhich had some peppers on it and it was hot. They put on the pepper relish which I did not want at all. I dont normally make reviews but I havent been so uncomfortable with a service in my life. Im just sad because I heard good things...

This location should be ashamed of their staff, particularly the manager. In the 5 years I have lived in Bellevue, I’ve eaten here several times because I actually do like the food…when it’s made correctly. However, more times than not, my food is not made correctly. A little over a week ago, my husband ordered a giant Philly with no veggies and I ordered a regular chicken bacon ranch with mayo only. He was given and regular Philly and my sandwich was on the wrong bread with only meat and cheese, no mayo. The assistant manager was polite and did what she could to correct the situation. Yesterday my husband went there and ordered 2 giant phillys with no veggies. After waiting the person at the counter put a regular Philly on the counter and said something to him. He couldn’t hear them and so they raised their voice in a disrespectful tone and my husband said that was not what he ordered, so he waited more for his correct order. When he got home he found a few jalapeños on one sandwich. After hearing this I was fed up, so I called. I was told I was speaking to the regional manager. She was rude, argumentative, and had some of the worst customer service skills I’ve ever experienced. She refused to believe that there were a few jalapeños on one sandwich and told me there were not any veggies whatsoever on his sandwiches. She also advised me to not eat at her location anymore. Needless to say I will not give this location any...

Great food, I've enjoyed Jersey Mike's sandwiches and the way they're made for a few years now. However, at this particular location in Bellevue, the customer service is atrocious. There seems to be someone new behind the counter every single time we go in and appears to never be a manager in sight... and if there is we sure can't tell. They constantly want to argue, are unfamiliar with or unwilling to explain their own menu most times, seem generally unhappy to be serving people and then 9 times out of 10 get our total $ amount wrong because they don't understand their own pricing structure. We order nearly the exact same thing every time we go in yet could end up being charged $12 one time and $18 the next... or anywhere in between. And our order is never complicated at all. A Mike's Way sub, a kids small sub, a drink or 2 and chips. There have even been occasions where we get both chips, both drinks and a cookie with our sandwiches and still only get charged $12! Which is okay I guess, but... why? On the other hand, whenever I ask, especially when the price is excessive they just want to argue rather than explain the charges. I don't usually write reviews here on google but we really like the food at Jersey Mike's and this is the only one convenient for us between where we live & go to work and school.
