If you like salad buffets, this one is the best around. They have seriously quality food, and you can easily walk out with lunch between $7 and $12, so pretty cheap for Bellevue.
They have salads and the normal accouterments (leaves, olives, cherry tomatoes, dressing)... as well as fruit (Kiwi, Pineapple, grapes). Plus, they have some pre-prepared salads (like quinoa salad, avocado salad, broccoli & bacon salad, etc). Then they have some hot stuff... Chicken, potstickers, tofu, other chicken, salmon, rice, etc. So, it's pretty well-rounded and you can get something you'll like.

The hot food buffet was even better than I expected — the salmon was excellent, and the pineapple chicken was packed with flavour. The pasta was lovely, and the spring rolls were surprisingly good too. They also had teriyaki chicken, potstickers, meatballs, and a variety of rice options.
You pay by weight, but prices are reasonable — my lunch came to around $10 and I left full and happy.
Honestly, everything I tried was great — nothing bad to report at all. For a quick, tasty, and well-rounded lunch in Bellevue, this place is a hidden gem. I’ll definitely be...
