My favorite place in seattle. It serves the best basque cake, chocolate truffle cookie, apricot bars, and essentially any baked good you can think of. Pasta & Co has an array of salads, pasta with a variety of meats. Cold salads, quick bites, wine, oils, soups and frozen meals for a no cook day. Eat in, take out, grab a bite- just about a variety of options for any day or anyone. I personally just love grabbing the bakes or the desserts such as raspberry cheesecake. I wanted to give zero for the terrible service that I received. The guy named "Rich" in the name tag treated me like a second citizen because of my Asian look. Through his bad experience from some Chinese customers in the store, he assumed that I am a rude Chinese that he treated me rude. I am from Japan and I'm proud being polite from my culture. I give the Caprese sandwich an A+. It was so tasty and I loved the bread, the pesto sauce, pretty much everything about it. I give the veal pasta dish we split for dinner an F. It didn't come with sauce or cheese so I had to add a vodka jar sauce and sharp cheddar cheese I happened to have at home. It had tough dough on the bottom and some chewy ham inside with the veal.
