I'm really frustrated, I brought my rolex as there was steam due to some water that got in apparently, not sure how and I took it to "Porcello, in Bellevue WA" which is supposed to be a certified rolex. I was told they would need to open it up, serviced, I decided to replace the Crystal and the gaskets. Today when I picked it up, assisted by David, who said nothing, handed over the watch and said its this much (1400), then I noticed the dial was severely stained, I asked if they were not able to clean it, he said let me ask, then without going anywhere he said well it was the water. I asked why there was no phone call to me saying the dial got damaged etc. Nothing. I dont know if they simply did NOT do the job right on top of bad customer service for sure...I now have to shop around to understand what the happened. UPDATE: I intended to share my updated review weeks ago. Upon returning home on the day I picked up my watch, I received a call from Jason at the Jeweler store. We had a constructive conversation about the incident, emphasizing their commitment to addressing my dissatisfaction and improving communication. Jason discussed specific actions to enhance client expectations based on my experience, offering me various options and recommendations. Read moreI went to look at a watch they had listed online. Having never been there, I wasn't sure what to expect. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, and was given warm and friendly service. Aaron happily answered all my questions, but wasn't afraid to admit when he didn't have the answer. The watch was gorgeous (as advertised), and priced quite competitively. It was an easy decision to make the purchase! I had arrived right when they opened, so the watchmaker- who was another outstanding person to deal with- wasn't yet available to size the watch. I decided to wait for him, and Aaron hung out with me, and we just casually talked about watches. What really struck me was that I had already given him my money, so he had no more reason to show me the attention that he did. He treated me with respect the entire time, even knowing I wasn't going to buy anything else. Though I don't buy watches often, I can't wait for the day I can give Aaron my business again. As it was after hours, I decided to leave my info with the chat bot assistant fully expecting to be contacted the following day. To my surprise I was contacted via text within a few minutes by Austin. Austin took the time to promptly and thoroughly answer all of my questions regarding the condition of the watch, shipping and pricing. A few messages later I found myself completing the purchase. Our conversation concluded with Austin inquiring about my wrist size for bracelet sizing and mentioning that a tracking number would be provided the following day.
Two days later I received the watch in the exact condition described and with perfect sizing. It was even set to the correct date and time zone! I’ve purchased many watches from out of state sellers before but this was the first time I’ve ever had it set to my time zone. A nice touch.
