Ordered 06:24 pm on 05/23/21. Order # EB804CB7. I never picked up this order. I’m just hitting “here” because that’s the only way I could review directly. Ordered the wrong location by mistake and called to ask if that order could be cancelled. I probably would have just picked it up from this location anyways but the woman who answered gave me attitude from the beginning. Answered “Subway.” When i asked if it could be cancelled she said “I don’t know what to do for you, I don’t even know how to cancel orders. I just put your sandwich in.” And kept repeating that she just put my sandwich in the toaster. As if she was my great aunt slaving over a Sunday dinner. I said “who should I contact?” Thinking maybe she could just tell me maybe the subway toll free number. She stayed defensive and said “I guess you’ll have to hope you get a manager tomorrow. Are you gonna pick up your sandwich or what?” And like I said, I probably would have, but I wasn’t having the attitude and didn’t feel comfortable with her being so rude and aggressive. I said no I wouldn’t be. And she said “right” and laughed. I don’t know what her deal is but even though this is my typical subway (which is why it automatically was set to this one), I won’t be coming here again. I want my money back for the food I did not receive. Read moreSooo apparently this is The Ultimate steak CHEESY garlic bread. I was very displeased. The older Indian guy didn’t even put cheese on my bread like traditional garlic bread. I usually love subway and I’ve been enjoying this sandwich every since it came out. I have also had this same sandwich made at several different locations but this is by far the worst. Then when I asked the Indian guy what the difference was between the ultimate steak and the regular steak and cheese; what makes the ultimate steak ultimate he asked if this was my first time trying it and I told him no but this was my first time seeing this sandwich made like this, began rudely shaking his head and speaking fast. He acted as if I did something wrong. So I just told him Nevermind because I was upset about his response. Honestly I felt I should of gotten a refund and I will not be back to subway. When I arrived the lady didn't even give me time to explain to my daughter what types of subs there were and proceeded to rush me saying "well just tell me what kind of bread you want" then was still rushing me to order didn't even give me time to think about what I wanted so I just got my usual since I was such an "inconvenience" to her. I got to the register with a buy one get one free coupon that was supposed to be scanned by her, she proceeded to tell me she didn't know how to scan the coupon and got very frustrated because I was standing there trying to figure it out so she says "I guess I'll have to just charge you whatever you would be charged with the coupon" didn't even give me my total just told me to insert my card and then afterwards I told her "thank you" and she walked away and mumbled "uh huh" under her breath. If I wasn't so classy I would have smacked the attitude right off of her! Won't be going back...
