I had been looking forward to trying this place for a while. The food itself wasn’t bad, I did find it a bit on the pricey side for what it is. Unfortunately, the overall experience was diminished by the atmosphere created by the staff. The energy felt somewhat unwelcoming and awkward, almost as if there was a subtle tension in the room.

I also didn’t love how strongly tips were encouraged at the point of sale, it felt a bit pressured. Personally, I think a simple tip jar would be a more comfortable approach.

The younger kid working seemed very kind and approachable. However, the demeanor of the older ginger guy came across as unfriendly and left us feeling unwelcome.

Overall, this could have been a much better experience if the staff had been warmer and more inviting. Probably wouldn’t come back. Would much rather give my business to other local dessert places downtown. Customer service and friendliness is important especially when it’s a small business like this.

Granted it was a busy Mother's Day weekend, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. Not enough employees and they weren't well prepared with toppings etc ready. They were cutting slices of fruit on a dirty cutting board behind the counter. Waited over 20 minutes for a chocolate waffle that came hot off the press, that didn't taste like chocolate at all, they then put a miniscule scoop of ice cream, which by the time we got all our order, was completely melted, because.....hot waffles being made on demand don't mix with cold ice cream. It was a sloppy mess. Very little toppings added. Def not looking like the Instagram photos. One of our desserts also had a chunk of hard black plastic in it. Drove over an hour, really wanted to love it, but it certainly didn't live up to all the hype. Hope with a few tweeks they can do better...

We were already planning to come check this place out, but if we hadn’t known about it I think the delicious smells wafting down the street may have drawn us in.

The ice cream and bubble waffle along with all the toppings are delicious. There’s a lot to choose from, including many imported candies from the UK, and if you’re not sure the list of favorites is a good place to start.

The owner is a super nice guy. He held his own on a late night rush, and also told us about the inspiration for the shop, and that a lot of his decor he actually ordered from England (check out the time on Big Ben).

Looking forward to returning, not just when we have a sweet tooth, but also to see the owner implement all the fantastic ideas he was sharing with us while we...

This was such an unexpected delicious treat! We were wait for our dinner to get done for take. My daughter saw you online the picture made us come in! Loved your your father / son story of how your Ice cream shop started. Very special amd and memorable. The ice-cream is absolutely 💯 scrumptious. Never had anything like this before. The fluffy waffle, made to order is spot one. Wow! The recipe is awesome. Thrilled you also have it in Gluten-free. We are not from here. But, when travel back we will definitely come back! You both are so friendly and helpful. Even when it , all of a sudden became really busy. Great job!
