Not worth the price give the fact they'll mess up your online order and not read your special order requests and the fact you have to buy the drink separately makes it even worse. Won't be online ordering ever again this was my first problem with this location but it's made me not want to go anymore as online ordering is more convenient for me. The rice also goes bad fast too like if you don't finish it all at once and you refrigerate it the rice will be hard and gross and yes that's within 24 hours of purchase too. They like to ignore you as well as I had to call twice before getting ahold of someone then because I'm also a parent I had to hung up mid conversation as my toddler needed me so I'm still trying to see if they'll make it right with me since they don't read the special order requests so why even have that as an option if they won't even read them it's ridiculous. I also asked for napkins online and they didn't give them to me and I had also tried asking them for a water cup while picking up my order multiple times and I didn't get a response from anyone so I left because I already had to wait awhile for my order as they needed to make more of one of the things I ordered so that was also annoying plus I always have to walk everywhere with my toddler as we don't have a car so that wasn't fun to walk there and back only to see the mess up when coming home this is also why I usually double check everything while at the restaurants but with a toddler sometimes you've got to just leave and don't have time to do that and this was one of...

We’re in the establishment and as I’m ordering I get asked if I have cash I said no and finish ordering because we were on a timeframe. I have my son get a fountain drink as I’m about to pay, I run my card and it gets timed out and they proceeded to explain that their system on all the stores is giving them issues with their credit card system which is a problem because I didn’t have cash at the moment. They could have put a sign at the door since they already knew about this issue, then I noticed they did charge my card but apparently it did not finalize the payment so it won’t go they now I have to wait to make sure it doesn’t go through. One controversy is with the extra-charge dishes. For example the shrimp dishes limit the number of pieces which the menu fails to clarify. The result is when you order a box of an item with shrimp, you get a half-full box. And this is despite the fact that you are charged extra for shrimp dishes.
The company management needs to fix their act. It gives a black eye to the business. If shrimp is expensive, they can increase price enough to sell a full box.
