I've come through several times because I LOVE the coffee, when it is made correctly. I always order iced coffee with creamer, it always somehow ends up with granulated sugar in it. It is very gross. Sugar doesn't disinigrate in iced coffee. I'm not sure why someone who works with coffee on an everyday basis would think this is a normal thing to Do? Today I went though and asked for my usual, no sugar, but the coffee is so water down it is not drinkable. It takes like iced coffee thats been sitting at my desk for a few hours and I put some ice in it to refresh it. This is very frustrating because I can't come back through, I have to go back to work. I called to tell the manager and she told me okay thanks for letting her know and hung up. No offer for a replacement. I worked in fast food for a long time, you always replace what is wrong and then one up it. Very disappointed this keeps happening with several different employees and no solutions seem to be made. Read moreI go to the Beloit Dunkin out of convenience. Even with a line, they’re faster than Starbucks. But the number of times they’ve gotten my order wrong is insane. More often than not, I get a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. 3 times just this week alone, they put it on a croissant. Even my receipts showed bagel. I occasionally get the chorizo wrap, but on several occasions the center of the wrap is cold. Not cold as in cooled down before I get to work, I mean cold as in just came out of the freezer and wasn’t cooked long enough. The outer parts are warmer than the center. I’m not real picky about coffee, I’ll drink it anyway, but it’s pretty clear they don’t follow their own recipes. I don’t change things up or ask for more or less of an ingredient. Very simple. The manager Bri says well my Machine charges what it charges so…. So then we get a refund and they refunded less than we paid. So we pull around again for the third time and my daughter goes in to get the rest of the refund to catch the Manager and worker talking negative about me. Then Bri proceeds to get slick with my daughter stating she only shorted her $0.81 so it’s not a big deal. Then my daughter tells her to look at the huge sign that’s also inside the store and Bri refused to.
