Store manager (Abdul) is a just rude person. They messed up my order few weeks ago and I had credit for it but the store manager didn't belive me and gave a dirty look. First of all, they should have a better communication with managers, second, giving a customer a dirty look is not good for the business, it doesn't matter how busy you are. I've place order almost 40 dollar worth of order and trying to get 10 dollar free food? How rude... manager needs better CS training and also I don't belive he should be a manager. This seems franchise store, whom ever owns this store should have better control of the managers performance. If I was a store auditor, your score will be 60% because of him.

Also, why can I not use two different coupons that are different orders? It doesn't say on the coupons that I can not use the two different coupons on two different orders. I have ordered it many times like that but never had an issue, but store manager did not accepted it. Why?...

Don't you guys spend money to send the coupons to the customers house??? Why did you guys took the coupons?? I could have comeback and order it again next day (which I have before) it is up to you to collect the coupons or not but I think that's stupid idea...

Ive had many messy experiences but today was by far the most annoying. We were told to park off to the side and wait for them to bring our food out. That's fine, we ordered 5 pieces and 2 chicken dippers. Not a big order not super small either. The car behind us was also told to park...... time passes about 10-15 minutes. Its raining. They only start getting my order ready and 2 other people who had been waiting just as long only after I came inside to say something. Once they got it together things were better they gave us 2 pies to be nice. Well we get home and my son opens his mac and cheese and it literally looked like it was half eaten. Never order this using Door dash Me and my girlfriend order two .two pc meals white spicy and dark mild My sides where red beans and rice and Cajun rice. Hers was Mac and cheese. For starters I didn't get my Cajun rice. My red beans and rice was on one spoon full wasn't a full amount for the size container. They gave me a mild wing and a spicy breast.
