Coming home after leaving my wife at the hospital, I stopped here to get a sandwich. The dining room was closed. While standing at the door in the rain, two workers inside motioned me to come over to the drive thru. My truck is too large to fit, so I walked around the building to give my order. When I got to the place where I would do this, no one came on the speaker to take it. I walked over to the window. There were people inside but no one could see me—or so I thought. I tapped on the window. No acknowledgment. Finally, a car arrived and someone showed up at the window where I was standing to enter their order. Again, I tapped. I was still ignored. Finally, a woman in long reddish hair who looked like she could have been one of Walter White's better customers walked over to the window, slammed it open, and snarled, "NO WALK UPS!" Maybe this a common policy that most people know about. I didn't. But what made this a bad end to a rather awful day was not the policy. It was the really inconsiderate way it was handled. By all appearances, every employee in the building would have been happy to leave me standing in the rain until I left rather than show me the smallest of kindnesses by explaining what was going on. I know there are a lot of genuinely decent people in the world but apparently none of them were working this...
Read moreFirst time EVER leaving a review for anything. I felt I just had to share. The wife and I both got loaded Italians hers was no sauce. Waited in line for over 20 mins finally got our food and of course the wife's had sauce on it so we head back in to fix it. The guy at the front "wich so happend to be a shift manager" was completely rude to my wife saying "if it has a special sticker on the box then it doesn't have any sauce" as if we were stupid and had no idea how to read. The food was terrible mine mostly consisting of Italian dressing. 22 bucks for 2 medium meals. Might as well went to red Robin or Applebee's and would not have only had a smaller bill but probably would have been done and out of there before this place. There is plenty of other places to go eat in bend guys, don't waist your time or money...
Read moreStopped by on our way to WA state. The cashier was rude right from the start. We already ordered and as we were paying we asked for the bathroom code and we’re told rudely “I will stamp it on the receipt!”. My elderly Grandma had ordered two classic roast beef sandwiches and when we sat down we noticed there was a promotion for 4 for $10. We were charged $12 for only two. So we brought it back up to the same cashiers attention and asked why we he didn’t tell us about the deal. Also asked if we could get two more. He said no there was nothing he could do because we ate the two we ordered and didn’t even ask anyone else. We decided to leave and not escalate it further. He probably wanted them for his dinner. Hope he had the day he...
