Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Bend

Came in on 8/3 and service was horrible. Stood in front of the counter while a human pincushion of a female employee cleaned the slicer for 10 minutes before we were asked what we wanted, then all she did was relay my order to a younger male who was clearly just coming back from break and wasnt ready to work, no apron, no gloves, while she still cleaned the slicer. A few more people showed up behind us and all of a sudden a 3rd employee magically appeared out of thin air and started working on other orders. So I'm standing at the register waiting to be rung up and do you know what happened next, they skipped my order and rang up the guy that was behind me. Really?? So not only did I have to wait to be acknowledged but then I had to wait to pay for my food because the guy behind me must have had VIP status to get to skip to the front of the line. About two weeks ago my husband stopped at Jersey Mikes to grab me a sandwich. He watched while the girl made it, they use the squeeze tubes for my mayo and mustard because of a gluten allergy. She slammed the mayonnaise bottle down on the counter to try and get some to come out, in the process she broke the bottle, SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO STILL SQUIRT IT ONTO MY SANDWICH!!! My husband was a bit shocked by that but decided she must have checked to make sure no plastic pieces fell on the sandwich. He dropped it off to me forgetting to tell me this story, I went to take a bite and almost broke a tooth on something so I spit it out, after looking at it for a minute I realized it was the tip of a plastic Mayo bottle. My husband called to let them know what happened, they said a manager would contact us, and now a few weeks later still nothing. Pretty disappointed since I used to go there on a regular basis.

Terribly disappointed in service and food quality. I have been going here since it first opened. I am from Philadelphia, PA. Jersey Mike's is somewhat reminiscent for me as the closest it comes here to hoagies and cheesesteaks. After a few bites of my sub sandwich, the bread was very stale and difficult to eat. I decided to return the sandwich and ask if there was fresh bread available, I would of liked another sandwich. A very young person responded and stated, "Let me check the bread", he opened my sandwich and proceeded to push on the bread and pinch it and massaged it for several minutes before I stopped him and said, "I don't want the sandwich. Do you have fresher bread?" The young man stated all the bread they had was made earlier in the day and the same. I asked if I could get my money back and after several inquiries about my order and payment method, told me he could not refund my money. He stated, a manager will be in tomorrow and can decide.
