Worst Rude Customer Service Experience I’ve Ever Had at this Location!
Possible Employee who was rude, per the receipt I got from him, name on receipt is: Montrel D. If the name is correct to who was tending to the drive through window, then that person is the one who is beyond rude and disrespectful, I’ve ever come across myself, at a fast food place. See info below!
I drove through the drive through at 3:10pm on 8/14/2024, like I’ve done a couple random times when I’m in Bend working. I ordered the #7 meal, with a large soda, and a soft taco instead of crunchy one. The person taking my order seemed like he might have been in a mood or something, by the way he asked if that was all. I said no, I’d love to add 2 of the Beefy 5 Layer Burritos with no sour cream please. The guy then said oh in an off putting way. I said that’s all, and he asked if I wanted any sause, I said mild please, and he said oh well how about you just remind me when you get to the window. I wait patently to get to the 1st window to pay, and then receive my order. Nothing off then, got my food and then went and parked in their parking lot to eat my meal. I took out one of the 5 layer beefy burritos and took my first bite, to realize the nasty taste of sour cream inside.
I then went back to the drive through to have them fix my order. I said that I just came through and part of my order, being the 2, 5 layer beefy burritos, I asked for no sour cream and they unfortunately had sour cream on them. I asked if they could get me new ones for me. The same guy sounded annoyed that this happened, but more so that I even came through the drive through with a complain at all. I pulled forward, waiting again to get to the window. As I arrive to the window, I hear the same guy say to his other co workers, “I’m just going to put double the amount of sour cream on them” and then laughed. All went quiet as I’m fully parked at the window now, and I sit and wait just a couple minutes for my new burrito to be ready.
The guy grabs the bag, turns around to me, hold the bag right up in front of his chest and looks at me with the most disrespectful look, as if I’m a child. He then proceeded to say in a sarcastic and rude tone voice, “now there shooouulllld be 2, 5 layer Beefy burritos with NNNOOOO Sour CREAM in this bag”, as he smiles with a glare and smirk on his face. Hands it to me as I’m in shock. The guy used the most disrespectful and most rude child like voice because I simply asked him to remake part of my order, because of their mistake. I then proceeded to leave and drive away, checking the bag when I pulled over down the street. As I was to in shock with the way I was talked to, by this worker. I can’t fully describe to you all, his tone and attitude through text in a review.
The name of the person, or at least the name that appears on the receipt of who might have been the guys name who did this, was Cashier Montrel D. Again it might of been this person, but not sure how accurate their systems are with putting the correct name, as I know sometimes maybe a manager will sign into the computer and then the employee will use it.
Sorry for the long review, but it’s really hard to type out the way someone was so rude, disrespectful to you, with text! This person has a major attitude problem and really just needs to be fired, or at least talked to and taken away from any interactions with customers!
I hope Taco Bell and the managers here really do something about this man, I’m happy to call and talk further to better describe this man’s rude behavior! Makes me not want to return to this...

Hadn't received my order at 1230 abit afternoon so called tacobell to see what was going on with my order the gal on the phone Nicole said oh were making it an hung up. So we waited a little while longer and nothing so at about 1pm we called back an again spoke with a gal Nicole who said she was the shift lead we asked were our order was an what was going on she told us that they were making it we said it's been almost 2 hr and we have already had 1 delivery driver decide to not pick up order because waiting there an no one would help the driver so 2nd driver gets there and now there saying there's no order yet they took my money our if my account so I said to Nicole I'd like your managers name an number so I can make a complaint because this isn't how things should work and I'd like a refund she proceeded to tell me that she was the manager because she was the shift leader on at that time and that she was not going to give me her manager's name nor the manager's phone number and she was not going to give me corporates phone number either too bad for me while laughing at me and making very rude remarks I simply just wanted this fixed I don't think that she should be able to treat customers like that and I definitely think that she should find a different line of work do to lack of communication an respect for people. Read moreSupppperrrr disappointed with a recent experience. I ordered taco bell breakfast via DoorDash at 10:15 AM. At 10:30 am my driver let me know the line was really long and it would be a while. No biggie. He then messages me 15 minutes later and lets me know they are out of eggs. Again, no biggie. I just told him they can make it without. He then messaged me 15 minutes later and said they are refusing to make my food because it’s after 11am and breakfast is over. He even spoke to a manager. I am not upset about not getting my food. I am upset because that poor DoorDash driver spent an HOUR waiting for my food, only to have me cancel my order and lose his tip. When I called the store to talk to a manager, they said one wasn’t in until noon. I said hmmm that’s weird because a manager just told my DoorDash driver that you guys couldn’t make my food. I explained the situation and said that the manager needs to call me when they arrive. Guess what! Never got a call. How unprofessional. I get it, you guys are fast food. But I am in the food and beverage industry and I would NEVER let my associates treat guests the way this team treated my door dash driver.
