McDonald's — Restaurant in Bentonville

Every time I go my order is wrong. I usually check before I leave the parking lot but i'm usually in a rush and don't go back to correct my order when it's busy there. Went there tonight and had the rudest service of my life! Lady had long reddish hair. We pull up and We ask for a grilled chicken sandwich, with pickles, large meal, with two drinks. We pull up to the window, and she asked how we are doing. Before I can answer she closes the door. I just shrugged it off. I saw her yawn, so i guess she was just tired? I asked for extra pickles, even watched them add them to the screen. i know that they are just pickles but this is seriously ridiculous, probably the 4th time they got this wrong. Any who, because of our order being wrong again, we go back to fix it, and because of them always being wrong every time before. I already didn't care to go there, but it is one am in the morning, and we haven't eaten all day. Unfortunately this was the only place nearest to our destination that is open. Of course besides taco bell next door, but i wanted a strawberry lemonade. Anyways, so we return and my friend asked if we could get a thing of pickles on the side and before starting to explain why, the lady cuts her off, and the lady says, well we might have to charge, let me check that. Not knowing your business to me is nonprofessional, especially when you can tell shes been there a while. My friend says, we were just through here and we got a sandwich ( note: the first time we came there were only 3 cars in line, we were the second. The second time it was just us.) She cuts her off again and says "well that makes a difference", so I told the lady that was rude, then we pull up and she opens the window before we get to it, and she says "and that wasn't being rude by the way!!". to me her saying that was even more rude! I bought a McGriddle here and after the first bite I realized I was chewing up someone's long hair. I brought it back and they gave me a new one and it was okay but I couldn't get it out of my head the fact that I just chewed up someone's hair. The woman was very apologetic and offered me another one if I ever wanted to come by and get it, for free. About a week later I decided to go get that free McGriddle. I live about 25 miles from this McDonald's. I've always liked going to this McDonald's. Had the NASCAR reminded me of my childhood. Anyways when I went to go get that free McGriddle they said my name wasn't written down on anything that there's nothing they could do. No matter what I said I was not getting my free McGriddle that I was offered. I even mentioned what the manager that apologized to me and told me I could get a free one, looked like. The person on the intercom said that there was no manager that worked there that look like that. I probably seen that manager just about every morning I've been there so I know I'm not crazy. Either way I literally had to fight for it and never got it. I had to call corporate office to complain just to get something done. I will never come back to this McDonald's ever again. I hope people read this review and realize this is a disgusting place that there are better McDonald's out there. There is another McDonald's off the interstate, one exit before that one. Never had an issue with that one, they seem like a great crew every time. I hope this...

Parking lot looked good, clean, nice. Walking in, the first thing you notice it the floor, caked with nasty, looked like it had not been swept or mopped in a week. Next is not surprising, a guy walks up and tells one of the 6 managers there that he had been waiting for over 30 minutes for his food. The manager asked if he ordered from the kiosk, he says yes, she then stumbles through 3 different excuses add to why he has been waiting. Come to find out, the monitor which displays the kiosk offers was turned off..... I was told to wait to give my order, it was clear this manager was overwhelmed by the 6 orders on the screens. 4 for drive thru, 2 for inside, although the drive thru employee had it cancelled and was gathering her personal items on the front counter so she could leave quicker. After giving my order, I turned around and what didnt my eye next almost made me cancel my order and leave..... 4 large bags of trash were sitting on the floor leaving fluids into the floor at the north entrance to the restaurant, flys all over them. In total there were 6 members of management, 3 or 4 regular employees. Not that much going on in the side but one of the managers came up panting and said to one of the employees, man im going to have an anxiety attack.
