Pizza is very good and lots of options. However, there were some less-than-satisfactory aspects of the meal. We ordered a Willow Special that was supposed to have pesto, Italian sausage, mozzarella and sopressata. There was no pesto; instead, there were dried, cooked kale leaves. We were not informed of this substitution. We asked for dinner plates, because all that was provided when we sat down were tiny bread & butter plates. We were told there were no dinner plates, not even salad plates. This wasn't conveyed to us in an apologetic "sorry for the inconvenience" way, but rather in a matter-of-fact "take it or leave it/that's just the way it is" manner. We had to struggle to eat our pizza and salad on these tiny plates. We observed that the pizzas were served on long, rectangular plates, and asked if we could have some extra of those, but were told "no, these are only for serving pizzas." We pointed out that it was almost closing time and the restaurant was nearly empty, so couldn't they spare a few of those plates? The answer was "no." It seems the customer is NOT always right at Pie. We love the pizza, but at this point are unsure if we will...

Hubs is a pizza fanatic and loves to try it everywhere we go so, this was our spot after looking at pics and reviews.
I love their flatbread-looking pizzas with thin crust. These are more like a rectangle than a traditional circle shape. We each had a salad which was fresh and delicious and a large portion and split a pizza with cheese and sausage. The salads were really good and a super fair price for the size!
Pizza was SO good. Fresh-made to order, hot and perfectly cooked. Crust was just crunchy enough and not overdone and no part of the dough was uncooked. Excellent. They know how to make a good pizza.
We didn't get any pie for dessert but they had several flavors and all looked wonderful.
Service was great and it’s a charming building from both inside and outside. Clean restroom and very clean tables. Plenty of...
Read moreOrdered their GF Roasted Eggplant pizza with added sopressata. The person on the phone was very kind and the reviews/pictures had my hopes high.
I rarely eat pizza and had a strong craving for fresh, somewhat gourmet pizza! Pie looked like it would fit the bill, but I was left disappointed. The GF crust was chewy with very little crisp and what little flavor it had was like cardboard. I am used to GF crust and know it can be far superior to this.
Additionally, the pizza itself had virtually NO sauce! I had to actually lift the cheese to see if any was present and there was only a very scant amount by the crust. So, while I don't mind supporting local and paying $18 for a single-serve pizza, this was a wanting experience. When you are treating yourself to a rare treat and rely on reviews and pictures, the disappointment is especially...
