Arby's — Restaurant in Bethel Park

I actually anticipated a poor experience as soon as I heard the employee on the drive-thru speaker this evening.

This Arby's is typically staffed with friendly personnel who seem to genuinely appreciate that you've chosen their restaurant but not tonight. The employee had no personality and appeared indifferent to the fact they were serving a custom. When told they were ready for me to order, I barely had three words out of my mouth and heard "Wait." A few seconds later I read the attached coupon verbatim to the employee and requested additional menu items as well.

The time I waited in the drive-thru line would certainly have been acceptable had the order been accurate. Upon returning home I opened the bag to find 2 Classic Roast Beef Sandwiches, not 2 Classic Beef 'n Cheddar Sandwiches, and the 6 piece Mozzarella Sticks were missing. The additional menu items I ordered were accurate to include Crinkle Fries instead of Curly Fries. Additionally, I was not provided a receipt ($20.31 at around 7:35 PM).

This visit was extremely disappointing and it will likely be quite a while before I return to this Arby's as there are numerous dining options in this area from...

Family recently ordered their steak sandwiches that were about 6 dollars a piece. They were awful. There was no meat on the buns. We should of known when we got the bag it was so light. Do not order these...at least from the bethel park arbys. I guess they dont care what they serve. They just lost customers who did go there a few times a month. Update: arbys reached out to tell me to go to a website to discuss this. Well..the website given to us will not load. So basically Arbys disappointed again. Such a shame that could not even speak to anyone about the issue. Good luck to anyone who has an issue with service or product. Again...avoid...

I usually have no issues with this Arby's, but lately everytime I go there's an issue with our order. Small fries were missing, ordered curly fries got crinkle cut, ordered Jalapeño poppers got half and the other half were Mozzarella sticks could of least told us they ran out so that's why they replaced items, mint milkshake had no whipped cream or the candy on top like it should which they seem to forget a lot etc. These are all little things and I'm the kind of person who will eat a burger even though I ordered a chicken sandwich if given by mistake lol, but these things keep on happening hopefully it will go back to how...
