Amazing taste!

I have had all the hot chocolates from different coffee shops, because I am not a coffee drinker. I absolutely, without a doubt love, Gloria Jean’s White Hot Chocolate, better than any other place I’ve ever tried!

Upon entry to the store, there are sometimes samples sitting awaiting you to try them. I’m not normally surprised when I see a line in the store because their drinks are that good. They also have baked goods such as macarons, biscotti, etc. so there are items to munch on as well.

The workers are always very pleasant and get my drink just right every time. Along with ordering the white hot chocolate, I also ask for it with nonfat milk. After making, they always serve it with a smile.

If you like to purchase products in store, they are available in a shelving area when you first enter. They have white hot chocolate, coffees, mugs, and other fun novelty items.

I never stray from Gloria Jeans when purchasing a hot beverage. My kids love the cold items, including Boba.

Will make a stop here anytime I am at South Hills Village! ☕️

Delivery, dine in and take out are available. Great coffee, tea, and dessert section. Casual, trendy, and social. Credit and debit cards accepted. Good for kids.

Once upon a time I used to come up here and enjoy a chocolate coffee Even their regular coffee was awesome No mind you it's been quite some time since I've stopped in for a coffee Today I decided to buy the family something to drink from here As expensive as it was everybody enjoyed their beverages except me

A chocolate coffee does not require whipped cream and all kind of other stuff in it to make it a chocolate coffee

The woman behind the counter stated it's not a chocolate coffee it's some kind of a latte or mocha or something and I said that's not what I asked for

I simply want a hot chocolate coffee the same as you've always made for years since you claim you haven't changed anything Yet here I am returning a coffee for yet another coffee for a second failed attempt After the second failed attempt I was about ready to request for a refund for my cup seeing how it was five bucks

I simply was nice and said can I just have a regular cup of coffee So here I am holding a regular cup of coffee in my hand right now and it too for the third attempt tastes like crap

This is not the same Gloria jeans from once upon a Time Not the same owners not the same recipes not the same of anything other than the name

Another little company went...

They now carry lady locks and cookies from bethel bakery. Had a wonderfully fresh and delicious lady lock and fresh delicious coffee today. Place was clean , nicely decorated and employees were friendly! I prefer Gloria jeans coffee , always perfectly brewed and now with bethel bakery sweets only makes it more of a bonus! It was a nice quiet moment in their shop with with food, drink and atmosphere! Really felt like a...
