Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Bethlehem

I was just here last night with some friends. The experience was horrible. It was my second time there, the first time i walked out because the staff was extremely rude. Despite my first experience there i decided to try it again. HUGE MISTAKE. When we got seated we waited awhile before our server came over to rake our drink orders. I ordered a water with lemon my friend ordered a water with extra lemon and my other friend ordered an iced tea with light ice. So we wait wait wait our server comes over to take or entree order. We still never got our drinks.. then she says oh i never got your drinks sorry about that. So we waited for our drinks she brings our waters with 4 pieces of ice and no extra lemon. When she comes back to the table we kindly asked for extra lemon and a glass of ice. Well our food has been ordered for some time now and we still havent got anything. And they arent busy at all. I ordered a salad and wings. A SALAD. Finally my salad comes out it was good. 10 mins later our food comes out. I looked at r all of our food it looked like ot was sitting there for atleast 20 minutes. I ordered mild wings which is orange in color usually? They were completely dry, cold, and brown in color. My friends nachos were clearly sitting there for some time as well because the cheese was complete dry and the meat was lukewarm. When our server comes back to the table i asked if i could have new wings she responded "you dont like them" i said well theyre cold and they look like they were sitting for atleast 20 minutes. She responded "yeah they do" and took them away. I have NEVER sent food back ever, this was a first. So i had to wait again for my wings which then came out nice and hot but i ordered mild wings and these wings looked like a spice was sprinkled on top which made it too hot for me to eat. Our check was dropped while we were still eating. We were never asked if we wanted a split check which we did. We were never offered desert which we wanted. This was a terrible terrible experience. As we all know Applebee's has ok food but the other night my friends and I went there for drinks and half price appetizers. We been there before and enjoyed it but we had the most horrible customer service last time we were there. We arrived just 10 minutes before 9 so after asking if we could get our nachos for half off our waitress she said we could if we would let her come back in 10 minutes so we said we would wait and thats when she began with a horrible attitude and then she walked away. She then came back and with a nasty attitude she took our order. For my drink I had a sangria special and when I ordered my second one it took 10 minutes to arrive and when I asked her where it was she said yeah it coming. Then my friend and I also ordered a $1.00 Jello shot they had advertised and I guess the bar was out of them but instead of coming back to our table and saying sorry we are out she just ran over to our table said in a mean voice the bar is out and took off. Now here comes the best part when our nachos finally arrived she just threw them on our table and left she did not give us any plates or napkins or silverwear. My one friend needed a napkin and he had to ask and when he did she gave us another attitude and just slammed a bunch of napkins down on the table. I am he kind of person who always leaves some sort of tip big or small depending on service but my visit to Applebee's was the only time I never left a tip. Infact our one friend put everything on his credit card and where it says how much will you be leaving for a tip he wrote not earned. I love Applebee's but for now on we will only go to the one on Cedar Crest Blvd or 191. Our waitress name was Marissa G and she was by far the worst waitress I ever had serve me in all of the million restaurants that I have ate at in my life and if any of you ever eat at this Applebee's and get her as your server just run out of the restaurant and go somewere else she would make your dining experience a living hell and if Applebee's would care abour their customers they...

Called about 20minutes to a half hour early to let them know I had a party of 15 coming in once seated before putting our order in we asked for split checks. To help the server out. Order our drinks my beer was flat witch isn't his fault what so ever he did take it off the bill. But our drink weren't correct nor was he organized passing them out even after we said who's drinks they were. Then a few drinks never were brought out. I worked 5years serving myself and know the field. Then the apps were completely wrong so I asked for a manager. In stead of asking if everything was ok he leaves comes back and states in a unprofessional tone (your the one who came in with 15 people) so I stated (there's no need to get nasty I called ahead about our party) and he still proceeds to be unprofessional. Manager come over does basically nothing about the situation to his employee but let's him go upon his shift and gives us a new one witch the young man did great and was polite. We get our bill and our kids dessert was to only thing takin off. Corporate will be getting a call. And no he's not a new server my aunt goes there weekly and he's been there for a while.
