I have two pictures of the make line for the Beverly hills location.
My visit was at 8:10pm 50 minutes prior to closing and ALL of the food was either extremely dry, or they simply didn't have it. There were 3-4 employees including the manager on duty. Two of which were on their cell phones.
I was forced to choose the greasy barbacoa (due to it sitting for an extended period of time) because the chicken was not only dry but burnt. There were no fajitas, the beans all well below half full were crusted like they were sitting there for hours.
They were Not friendly and the managers only response was " I'm sorry".
While in college I worked for Chipotle in citrus heights California under Jeff M. And Shaunta Anderson. After finishing my degree I moved on but have ALWAYS spoke highly of the restaurant and it's good quality as well as how it treats both it's employees and customers.
This is NOT the concept of food with integrity that Steve Ells invisioned.
I purposely choose to coinviently "NOT have my wallet" because I didn't want the food I ordered. When I stated that they treated me as a homeless bum. I left that place and will not be going back period! Again company policy used to be to cover someones meal who's card either declined or didn't have their wallet. I would have REFUSED this offer for fear of becoming sick from the food, but nonetheless, I was beyond disappointed by the service and lack of quality of food available.
I know for many year Chipotle ONLY used word of mouth as their form of advertisement, and I will be placing the pictures and story across all platforms if social media basically boycotting that specific location.
To this day I still LOVE Chipotle, so it upsets me to have such a horrible experience, but I believe that the company with it's nearly 2500 locations should know when this is taking place.
My family also loves Chipotle and was even at the opening of the Europe location so this is a huge...
Read moreI generally love eating at Chipotle and usually have a fine experience. I have been to this location twice and have left frustrated both times. The customer service is lacking to say the least. I order a salad bowl with only steak, pico, and add guac. Each time I have been I have been given a minuscule amount of lettuce, steak, and guac- which I pay extra for! I don't get sour cream, beans, rice, or cheese- and yet when I ask for a little more of the item I am being charged extra for I am given literally a teaspoon extra and an excuse. I have been to many other chipotles that give plentiful servings of lettuce, steak, and the guacamole. I don't understand the inconsistency shown at this location. I highly suggest driving just a few miles farther to the location on the corner of Santa Monica and Beverly. Better service and...
Read moreI walked in to pick up my order at 12:15 I waited patiently to be helped because the cashier was ringing out customers, when he got to the last customer at the same time another lady walked in behind me and he acknowledged her right away and helped up but still never looked my way even after he got done helping the other lady. A black young gentleman came to help me after he saw what happened and got my order for me. while I was waiting for him to bring up the order the cashier proceeded to give me dirty looks. I honestly feel like he did not want to help me because of my skin color. He never looked my way once until after I was being helped and the lady that walked in was standing directly behind me he specifically got her attention to help her still without acknowledging me. would not recommend. Definitely...
