Sharky’s Beverly Hills Digital Kitchen @ Beverly Bites — Restaurant in Beverly Hills

I had the misfortune of visiting this location after many years of dining at other locations. Jose, the young man at the register was incredibly rude and dismissive. I elected to not provide my name for the order and I stead requested a number, out of privacy concerns. I ordered my food to go. After paying with my card, I had ask for a receipt. Apparently customers have to ask for a receipt instead of being provided one without asking. Then when I got my food it was on a plate as if I was dining in the store. I then had to ask for a to go box. When questioned Jose replied "well you didn't want to give your name so I marked the order for here". What? Where in the realm of common sense does that make sense? Jose seems to lack customer service skills or just has a lack of respect for customers. Rolling your eyes, back chatting and ignoring what the customer is asking for is not okay. I had been meaning to go to this place for the longest time and I made at myself that I didn’t go earlier. First of all, I was welcomed by a nice young lady who was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the menu options and even told me that what I was trying to order was too much for one person so she suggested the next best option. I ordered the chicken nacho grande which came with all the fixings. It didn’t disappoint at all. I liked the way the chips were spread out evenly so that all of them had cheese, chicken, beans, etc on each one. Overall, I would definitely recommend going to this place. Food was not what we had expected of Mexican grill..! Also it was served cold with several mistakes in our orders. Could not express our concern to the staff since many of them spoke only Spanish. Asked for Manager by the name of Armando who turned up to be unfriendly, unprofessional and frankly rud. Telling us that if we are not happym we can get our money back and leave. Suprised that dhe could be in charge as a manager with his rude attatiude towards customer spe ially we just wanted the right kind of food we had orderes and have it secved warn not cold.
