Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Still poorly managed restaurant. This jack in the box is open right now "but not taking any orders"... The restaurant is wide open but when you go to place an order for food they will not honor your request.... Bad customer service.... Again! Poorly run restaurant.... Still a bad experience and bad service sign said open at 6 am but drive through attendant said that not open until 6:45 am... Once again, Unhelpful staff and very low quality food. I don't recommend this jack in the box. Bad customer service.... The guy who was working the cash register in the drive through this morning (1:30 am-ish) was very rude and the food tasted like cardboard .

this jack in the box should be closed down. All other jack in the box restaurants honor jack in the box coupons except this one.

Unfair business practices and bad customer service for not honoring jack in the box coupons.

Also drive through is waaay slooow!

I ordered through the app and when I got there they said they weren't accepting orders. I had to explain to them that I had a pick up order and they eventually let me through. It was very obvious that they were annoyed and they were being very rude to me. I got my food which was four tacos. I started eating the first taco but I had to stop because of how spicy it was. I ended up puking because of how spicy it was.....I looked at the rest and they were all drenched in this sauce. I'm allergic to Capsaicin....I don't know if they put a ton of fire sauce on them or what they did but this was extremely unprofessional behavior. Im thinking about filing a police report or taking legal action. I don't understand how Jack in the box allows that kind of stuff to happen.... Reading the rest of these reviews, it seems like this behavior is ongoing and management doesn't care. They're going to learn...

Came here super early in the morning and was told they aren’t doing driver thru orders. Pick up only. Essentially you have to order via a mobile app (if you use uber eats or Postmates and you’re paying an extra 3-4 bucks) then drive to the location and go through the drive thru.. I guess. It wasn’t explained to me. I’ve never heard of this and did a quick google search and found nothing of the sort. In my 30+ years of living this is the first time I’ve heard of such a thing so I am going to go ahead and say which ever female staff member that was working at 4:30 am on July 15th certainly lied. It’s funny because she answered the drive thru like normal with a “welcome to Jack in the box, what can I get for you” only to follow up with a “pick up orders only” after I ordered. Anyways, this place is usually great. That one staff member...
