Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Big Bear Lake

There were hardly any customers and still our food was cold when we got it, the fries were cold. But what made us most upset was that the workers clearly spoke fluent English without even an accent yet when they talk to each other in front of my family and the couple of other customers inside the restaurant they spoke Spanish and would look over at us and keep speaking Spanish which I find very rude when they know that everyone in the restaurant does not speak Spanish. When they are working at a business that has customers that can hear them they should speak English only, every customer that came in ordered in English only the two women that were there working in the front only spoke Spanish to each other but when each of them would speak to customers they spoke fluent unaccented English. Another thing was the restaurant was filthy, no excuse for that since they had time enough to both sit down and eat with the lack of customers they could have been cleaning. The bathroom had very little toilet paper and one toilet had crap in it literally. Then while they were eating a customer came in and one of the girls stood up and without washing her hands straight back and helped the customer, and then brought thier food out to them. This place definitely needs a visit from the health department...

I love Carl's Jr. but this one is TERRIBLE!! Every single time we come here it takes AT LEAST 10-15 min to get to the pay window in the drive thru and another 5 min to actually get the food and that's on a slow day, meaning one car in front of you. We have waited 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Then they cheap out on the food, I got a western bacon and it had barely any sauce, ONE onion ring and it looked like it was thrown together. My husband got that all natural grass fed burger, which he gets all the time down the mountain and they used a normal patty on it! A $10 burger and they used a normal cheap thin patty. The food is ALWAYS dry no matter what you order, no matter what time of the day/night you come at. I gave this place so many chances. NEVER coming back here again, I guess we'll have to wait to go down the mountain for Carl's. This place needs new management or something. Expensive food for Mc...

We have ate at Carl's for years. The Big Bear Lake store constantly have screwed up our orders. Tonight, it has been 4 years since we've eaten there. Because, of that reason. And, AGAIN they have messed up our order. They don't read back what the order is before giving it to the guest. As a customer. I want (ALL) MY ORDER. We got home. And, there is no quality control as I see it. Very, Very Frustrating. Especially when your charging almost $100.00 for a family of 6 people We always have something left out. So when we get home. And, it's not complete meal. And you tell me... When your hungry. Do you want to travel 15 minutes their to get what was not put in the bag. We ordered (that we didn't get) a $10.00 item. Ridiculous. Someone in regional district has to check on your business procedures. And train your staff to read back. And, double check each order before giving it to...
