My husband and I dined at Field's on Saturday evening, May 4th and had a FABULOUS experience!! Our server, Manley, was kind, thorough, funny, and so accommodating. We enjoyed speaking with the Chef who helped us decide on a ribeye as our main course. Every single piece of food was incredible! We dine out a LOT and when I tell you the Mac & Cheese was life-changing, please understand that my nickname growing up was "BeccaRoni" because I ate so much of it! The raw oysters were fresh and HUGE (so large I asked for one to be boxed up so I could show it off to our friends 😅), the Bleu cheese baked oysters were scrumptious, and the Caesar salad was exactly what that salad is supposed to be in every way! It was even good leftover the next day. The French onion soup was rich, cheesy, and chock full of CRAB 😍. Now, when I tell you the ribeye was suburb - I don't think I've ever had a better steak in my life. How it managed to be both rare (as we requested) and yet not chewy. Warm throughout, but not overdone. Flavorful while letting the meat shine. Just - the quintessential steak. Y'all, the bread was fantastic too, and the red velvet bread pudding was the perfect end to a perfect evening. We enjoyed speaking with the Manager as well, and discussing trends in the wine world while she helped us pick our cocktails (shoutout to the bartender for an AWESOME French 75 with Empress gin) and a perfect bottle of wine. Overall, cannot say enough good things about Field's and their staff!

The owners should be ashamed for making the servers/staff work in conditions that are as hot indoors as we experienced tonight (8/11/23 at 7pm). It was so brutal that we opted to just leave mid-meal rather than stay in that sauna. Look at my other reviews, I make a point of leaving only five stars because I'd rather just be a positive person. When I have a poor dining experience, I just chalk it up to the game and move on. But seriously, the owners need to do something about the HVAC situation at this place because you can't enjoy the food or the ambiance. Also, I was legit concerned that a waiter person would pass out. Hard pass if you are coming in the summer. At this price point, there is no reason or excuse for anything other than excellence. The servers really were top notch but they were sweating so much it was damn near a health hazard unto itself. The idea that this is an old, historically protected building and so they can't have sufficient AC doesn't work as they literally built an elevator to the upper level. This is ownership not knowing how to provide the quality of experience that goes along with the price point and menu being put out. Meat and three or BBQ shack in the middle of the country, fine, let's sweat. $50 and up entrees and $18/glass wine, no excuse at all.

I gave my experience a 3 start because of a few things that kinda of disappointed me. First lets start off by saying the atmosphere of this place was no where else i had been! VERY UNIQUE!!! Definitely gives boujee barbie bachelorette lunch, bridal brunch, sweet 16, anything fun and vibrant, this was that place to celebrate!!!! The front of the house Manager, im assuming he was, was very friendly and talkative.. We were sat a very small table upstairs. Started with some drinks. I ordered a mocktail from the mocktail menu, and was brought a drink that i assumed was a mocktail. So i began drinking it and something kept telling me something is wrong. Our waiter had brought me an alcoholic beverage- and i had not drank alcohol in a year. This really broke my heart. Food was absolutely creative and beautiful, but nothing off the wall extraordinary!! Presentation was a 10/10. I had the scallops and was disappointed to see that small muscles on the scallops hadnt been removed- i was taught to always remove those. DESSERT-- had to be the best thing i have ever put in my mouth, the baklava!!!! I mean it deserves an award!! I hope you all give this place a try despite my review/experience! It really was a cool place to be!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment we arrived at Field’s Mediterranean in Biloxi, we knew we were in for a special evening. Tracey, the manager, greeted us with a warm welcome and personally showed us to our table. She offered some excellent recommendations right off the bat, which set the tone for the night.

Our server, Jaedyn, was awesome—attentive, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. She checked in at just the right moments and made sure everything flowed perfectly from start to finish.

We kicked things off with the hummus sample platter and the lamb ribbeh meatballs. Both were outstanding—the hummus was fresh and vibrant, and the lamb meatballs were bursting with flavor and beautifully cooked.

For our main courses, my wife had the chicken shawarma, and I went with the Harris’s lamb shank. The shawarma was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the lamb shank was fall-off-the-bone delicious with layers of bold, savory spices.

We wrapped things up with the gelato sampler for dessert. Every flavor was enjoyable, but the pistachio gelato was hands-down our favorite.

One thing we really appreciated was how often the owners and chefs made their way through the dining room, checking in with guests and making sure everything was up to par. That kind of personal touch goes a long way and shows they truly care.

Field’s Mediterranean is a must-visit in Biloxi—outstanding service, amazing food, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. We’ll...

The manager Sara was very friendly & offered us champagne which was a nice gesture. We also got a discount for Veteran's day & our anniversary. Our waitress Gerry was very attentive & explained the different dishes in detail. The atmosphere is beautiful. The table settings are lovely with gold cutlery. I love the turquoise & pink chairs. A nice touch. However the food was not up to par. I don't like going to restaurants where everything is a la carte. We found it to be quite pricey especially with having to pay so much extra for sides. I had filet mignon. Not much taste. Nothing too exciting. My husband had the 1/2 chicken. There wasn't much taste. It wasn't awful but it wasn't the best. My filet on the plate looked quite empty without anything surrounding it. It was a nice experience but if the food is not of high quality nor taste it changes everything. My husband did get potatoes with his chicken. We don't eat much seafood so I'm not sure how their's is. I still have to say Rackhouse tops them all for steak. The dessert was probably the best part. It was baked pie with a nice crust with raisins & ice cream & carmel sauce. I love anything carmel. We didn't leave hungry but the food just didn't have enough flavor to our liking. We were willing to try but we will not be returning. I must say we are quite fussy but we know the difference between great food & average. For the price it just...
