Horrible! Janelle is the worst manager I’ve ever met in my whole life! Rude isn’t the word that explains her character because it’s not quite strong enough! This is the worst experience by far in 47 years of my life! I have worked fast food, I have been in customer service and customer care my whole working life and this was plum shameful! Janelle, your red shirt manager, team leader??? Whatever she is… horrific! The restaurant only has one thing going for it, Location! The way your team treats people is disgusting! Keep in mind this is not the first time we have had an order messed up. My own fault for returning because honestly about 8 out of 10 visits in the 5 years we’ve lived in Biloxi have been terrible)! So… my granddaughters wanted McDonalds and I was already on the end of town by the casinos so, I say a little prayer, Lord please let our order be right cause I don’t have 30.00 to throw out the window and my girls love McDonald’s! I should have turned around and drove the 15 minutes to the one on Eisenhower. It would have been right but nooooo, I pull into this one that I already know in my heart is going to mess me around! I get to the drive through and when I order my sandwich I ask for a mcchicken the way it’s normally made ADD pickles and mustard. I tell the girl taking the order, I just ordered this last week and it was wrong please tell them I want the mayo and lettuce that’s already on the sandwich but please tell them to add mustard and extra pickles. She says oh ok, I’ll be sure they see the request. I get to the window to pay, that’s fine, get to the window to pick up the food, that was the only person that had a good attitude, she was very helpful, she spoke and got my order handed out the window, she even asked if I needed a drink carrier. I thanked her and told her no I was ok. We made great eye contact, had a smile at the end of the transaction and I drove off. I should have looked in the bag but my husband had to pick his work truck up and was in a hurry to get to his job. And, can I just say that it’s a sad thing that this is the job of the person in McDonald’s to bag it properly, I shouldn’t have to go behind someone every time I get an order thru a drive thru! This world is so lost right now and everything is just falling into an all time low and there’s not one person that cares to say hey, I know we’ve got terrible reviews! I know we’ve made a lot of customers mad because of bad food, bad drinks, bad service and bad customer care but let’s pull it back together! Let’s take it one order at a time and make sure it’s correct, let’s make good decisions on food preparation, let’s double check the order and let’s be sure to clean our machines out so we don’t poison someone with our nasty products because it don’t matter if the food or drink is not expired or if it’s good quality, if the machines you’re using aren’t cleaned regularly and properly then the outcome is disgusting! Here’s a thought too, how bout we back our teammates up so they aren’t so stressed out that they make poor decisions. How bout let’s listen to our VALUED CUSTOMERS. If they have product right here in front of us and they are telling us something is wrong with it, let’s don’t throw it away without investigating it first. They didn’t even come to greet us when we walked in the door. My husband said ma’am something is wrong with this drink. No response, so he says again, a little louder, ma’am, this drink is ruined! She comes to the front and we tell her (not hateful, not rude or mean, this is ruined and the sandwich is wrong. This whole thing was wrong! Not only did we not get our order fixed, we were accused of being inappropriate! That is how your team at this location handles a disgruntled customer. They make them sorry they ever came to your establishment! Lesson learned!...

We waited at 1st window over 5 mins, no one was there, no answer, nothing. So we went to 2nd window. After a few mins and several cars behind us leaving, we were given wrong drinks. We called attention to this told to wait. That's all we have been doing was waiting. So a gentleman appears asks for our receipt. We didn't have one, he said I believe you paid, I just need to see your order, we explained after a lengthy wait, we moved to this window. He asked if we talked to a real person or the robot. Ok, new to me. He explained at length that the order window is an auto system not a real human, we should have gone to the first window and spoke to a "real" person, we told him we never heard of such a thing and we waited at length for someone to come to the window. He responded " we do things differently down here" I guess a reference to our northern license plates. I was at another McDonald's a few days earlier in Gulfport and was not told this. He was not mean, just felt talked down too. Anyway, at 1:12 am he produced a receipt. And about 5-7 minutes later got our order. We would have canceled but it was too late...
Read moreIf I could give this location ZERO stars, I would. We were just in line and ordered 2 hot chocolates, a McFlurry, a sundae, and 2 cups of water. We paid and were given 1 water and asked to pull around. When we pulled around, there were 8 cars waiting on food with no one even behind us in line. After approximately 10 minutes, a kid comes out to ask what we are waiting on. We tell him only for him to turn around yelling something...I guess angry that he had to actually get our food 🤷🏼♀️. Shortly thereafter, he and a girl came back with our hot chocolates and sundaes. We told him we were still missing a water, and he sat there and stared at us like we were crazy. He then said “let me see the receipt” which we showed him. He stated...”nope, you only ordered one”. We repeatedly said that it must have been wrung up wrong because we ordered two. It’s a free water anyway, and can he please just get it. He again turned around yelling/fussing about something. I am VERY disappointed in the rudeness we just experienced.
