Dunkin' — Restaurant in Birmingham

Came here on a Sunday morning (day light savings time). In other words, no crowds here! I order a breakfast sandwich and a chai TEA latte. Well because it happened before, I thought I should taste the chai before leaving and just as I thought, it was made with coffee. Chai TEA does not contain coffee. Mistakes are fine and they were more than willing to fix it. Next, I go to the car and take the sandwich out of the bag and it is burned to a crisp. So disappointed. Just do it right the first time. Not my best experience. I placed a mobile order here and when I arrived it wasn’t ready, it had been a short drive over, so I waited a few minutes and when they called me up I looked in the bag to see that my items were in there, the girl looks at me and says it’s all in there, I kept looking as there was only one bag inside and I had ordered 2 wraps, as I was pulling it up to look the girl very rudely says I told you that it was all in there… I will be going elsewhere from now on...

There was a POOP in the TOILET when I WENT TO USE the BATHROOM. I had to put it in the garbage all by MYSELF. STAFF SHOULD DO THIS, NOT CUSTOMERS!!!!
