Cookies are delicious and amazing but am very disappointed with their service! We used curbside delivery from their web site. Received texts message from them acknowledging the order and thanking us. Sent another text to us telling us that when we arrive at the store to text them "here" so they know we are there to pick up our order. We did this and waited, and waited . . . I then texted them again and still no order being brought to our car. I finally called them and was told they didn't and can't text me. I explained the situation and they said it was not from them. They did have our order on record and then brought it to our car. I showed them the texts we got and they said they didn't send them. Somewhere between their web site and local service, these messages were not being recieved by local store. I said they need to check this out because it results in angry customers. They said they would check it out. At this time I am not sure it was worth the hassle. I am also not sure they are even going to try to resolve the issue between web site orders and local service. I ordered some cookies for my mom through the website and they were never delivered. At first I was frustrated because customer assistance is a texting number and they took forever to reply, even if I texted them multiple times. I finally just called the store after trying to text the number for a whole day. The first person I talked to wanted ME to call doordash and find out where my order was instead of offering just to refund me or call doordash themselves. I got a call back after a while and this person told me my ticket probably got cleared because their system was just updated and it wiped some tickets out. He refunded my order and offered to let me come into the store and get the cookies for free. When I went to the store he was very kind and apologetic, and even gave me a free cookie cutter. Delicious cookies. However, their curbside delivery is TERRIBLE. I arrived at precisely the time alotted, provided a description of my vehicle and the license plate number, parked RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE STORE, then watched at least 10 walk in customers leave with cookies. I walked in to the store after waiting 20 minutes to find that the employee presently filling a box of 1 dozen cookies with the box upside down could not find our vehicle and brought our order back in to the store. I got an obligatory "sorry" from the cashier, but by then we were 5 minutes late to an appointment. Their website needs to do a better job of informing clients of delays or mistakes like this. Needless to say, it will be a little while until we go back. Hopefully the kinks will be worked...
