My husband & I came to Bismarck for shopping yesterday & afterwards opened doordash to look at restaurants. We were both over joyed to see Firehouse Subs!!! I was upset to find no drink machine so no cherry limeade :( yes the service was slow like my husband said, yes there was chicken in his Italian sub & corned beef in my smoke house brisket & yes my bread was so rock hard & crusty I almost broke a tooth but I'm sure you guys will get it all figured out. People are just took quick to slam restaurants instead of appreciating what they have. So I'm giving 5☆ to counter act my husband's 1☆ & bring your ratings back up. I then tried to place an order through their app but nothing happened after tapping "place order". Finally, I called the store to ask if I could place a pickup order through the phone and they responded "You can't place pickup orders on phone and we're super busy right now." and hung up.
