Extremely late delivery, and Thanks a lot for two big bags of rotten onions you brought - Just the things I always knew I never wanted!

Part 2 Finally paid an actual visit to this location instead of just trying delivery to see if I could give it a second chance. This explained a lot about the poor quality of all produce items that were delivered to me- all of the vegetables were wilted and dry all vegetables or fruits, everything - was limp.

Updated from two stars to one star because every time I buy something from the bakery here it’s mislabeled. Cream cheese danishes were just bread with cake frosting LOL. “Apple pie” uh no, of course it’s cherry inside. The only pie flavor i hate.

Also for the store manager, just more tips about quality control from someone who worked in the food and beverage/grocery store industry for over 23 years; your fresh meat case products ALWAYS look dried out, same goes with the fresh fish. Not...

Update: I added a star. It appears Cash Wise management has listened as there were three checkout lanes open this recent Saturday. I’ll update again the next time we use self-checkout.

Original review: I used to love Cash Wise but now I’ll only go for Caribou or if I need under ten items. They have good selections and I don’t have an issue with their prices. The problem is checkout. For the last several months, on Saturday mornings they only have the 10 items and under checkout open. Otherwise you need to use self check out. I never have a problem with self-checkout anywhere else in town but here. It constantly errors out or says something unexpected is in the bagging area. We have become best friends with the teenagers who have to run around to all the customers swiping the badge to override. It’s almost comical. Yes I know how to use it, in fact I was overjoyed when Walmart added them years ago. Then on the way out we see two employees chatting at the customer service desk. It’s sad that I can get through Walmart quicker...

Very nice clean store, huge variety. Excellent bakery, huge deli, great selection of houseplants/cut flowers. Produce section is huuuge, and I've never had an issue with freshness. Staff is friendly, but you do your own bagging- which, at times, is a hassle, as they move onto the next person while i am still struggling to bag/load up my stuff- then the next person gets annoyed bcuz i am in their way. Another slight drawback: prices are not the cheapest, but for the selection they have, it's still worthwhile. Also, their parking lot is kindof cramped- I felt like the parking spots and the driveways between aisles were small, compared to other places.
