I booked a two king bed suite on Expedia for $197 total. The problems are a plenty! The beds were 1 king and 1 queen, not the two kings as advertised. There were dried urine spots on the floor around the toilet. Only three towels in this "suite" for four guests. The full size refrigerator made a terrible buzzing sound every so often ( I think it was maybe a filter replacement needed alarm). I was treated like a criminal by one staff member for not registering my service dog. I did tell the man about our dog at check in, he didn't mention that there was a form that I needed to fill out. He just said it's $15 dollars extra and a $100 dollar deposit. Fir a service dog! Should I have thought to ask for a dog registration form? The staff wasn't all wearing PPE (masks) as was advertised. The staff did not enforce mask wearing in the hotel's public spaces as was advertised. The mask policies listed on their Expedia page is the reason I chose this hotel as I was traveling with my senior mother as well as me with terrible asthma (we were traveling for my father's memorial service). I spoke with the manager and he said that he could not enforce guest mask wearing and still keep his staff safe from the non-mask wearing, gun toting crazies in....BISMARK ND lol! There wasn't even a mask policy posted on the door or counter. This will be our last stay at a Bestwestern and we might even be done with Expedia. This has been an absolutely...

Best value I’ve found in Bismarck. Harmony at the front desk was pleasant during check-in. Pool was warm. The breakfast setup was impressive and has a posted rotating hot menu plus items that were available every morning. Scrambled eggs, country potatoes, bacon, ham, sausage, and biscuits and gravy were some of the hot items I had during my stay. The fresh cut mixed fruit bowl was delicious. Different melons, strawberries, pineapple, blackberries, red and green grapes, mandarin orange segments etc. Also a waffle station, pastries, yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs and a juice machine with four different options. Coin-op guest laundry worked well and was $1.50 per machine. The room was clean and seemed relatively new. Fridge and microwave even though I got the least expensive room. A few little issues were the digital HVAC thermostat was not at all accurate as measured by my thermometer and the fridge didn’t get as cold as I would have liked. The guest laundry room didn’t have the trash taken out promptly. All-in-all it is a wonderful small hotel. Bonus points for being next to Culver’s, one of my new favorite fast food places. A top-rated Mexican restaurant is also out front. Also right by Costco and Walmart. I would absolutely stay here again especially given the reasonable rate. I would recommend this hotel to my...

A very nice Best Western Hotel located close to some really good restaurants and some terrific shopping!

Staff provided excellent client service from check-in to check-out. 👍

The breakfast area is amazing, well laid out, good breakfast options from cereals, toast and bagels, fruits, hot food including eggs, bacon ham hash browns. 🍳🥓 A nice selection of beverages, juices, coffee and tea. Great options to mix up your breakfast meals. ☕

Also providing a nice selection of vending machines for late night snacks or sodas.

The room was clean, comfortable and well laid out featuring a big flat screen television, fridge and microwave.

The pool area is really nice, very clean, many tables and chairs to relax in. 💦 A very interesting aspect is the motorized accessible chair lift to allow those with disabilities to enjoy the pool as well! ♿ Nice shower area and large wheel chair accessible bathroom.

They also provide some nice wide parking for the disabled close to the front doors. ♿

An excellent business area with computer and printer access.

Appointed with some really nice art work throughout. Pictures of Bismark in the room was a nice touch.

Recommend this as an excellent place to stay! Staff always greeted us upon our return and arrival from events.

Thanks Best Western and team😃 We felt very welcome &...

This hotel was formerly a Super 8 until it changed owners in Spring 2018. The building itself is only a few years old, so the fixtures and appliances are still pretty new, the carpets are not worn, and the rooms are clean. Staff was friendly, the room (a King size) was simple but comfortable. When we stayed, there were two guests who must've been drunk as they argued outside our window until past midnight. The windows of this hotel must be thin, as we heard them pretty clearly even from the third floor. That's not the fault of the hotel, though. The room itself featured a standard mini-fridge and microwave, and a TV. The bathroom was rather small; too small for two people trying to brush teeth and get ready at the same time. I prefer hotels that either have a larger bathroom or locate the sink outside of the bathroom proper. Otherwise, nothing special to note other than it was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very simple, with two varieties of cold cereal, waffles, and a crock pot of scrambled eggs as the options. A coffee machine in the lobby is available 24/7 with both caffeinated and decaf. Overall, I'd say that if the pricing is competitive (which it was when we stayed) then this hotel is a great choice.

This hotel is pretty outdated and kind of icky. The rooms were decent size (two queen standard) but the bathrooms are very small and I had to duck to get under the shower head. The temperature and water pressure were good but the shower is so narrow you either have to have the curtain sticking to you or get the floor soaked. The pillows and bed were so soft, it was like sleeping with zero support and I woke up feeling achy everywhere, even though I tried to sleep on my back to minimize shoulder and hip throbbing. The A/C is one of the old style that constantly turns on and off all night long but doesn't ever really cool the room. Breakfast was terrible. We arrived at 7am (starts at 6am to 9am) and there was barely any eggs, biscuits or ham left - not that it looked appetizing anyway. We sat at our table until 8am and they never refilled any of that food. Everything in the breakfast dinette area felt dirty, I really didn't want to try any of the food.
