Went into this GameStop store today (mind you it was only four o’clock, so they still had four hours left before they were scheduled to close) and I noticed there was nobody to be seen in the store when I walked in, no big deal. I was here to look for Pokémon cards and they didn’t have anything so I was making my way out when an employee came storming out of the bathroom yelling at me and asking what I was doing in the store?? I said I was just shopping and I asked what her problem was and why she was yelling at me, to which she then ACCUSED me of breaking in and that I needed to leave immediately?? She kept saying that she locked the door and that I broke in, to which I told her to check her cameras and she would see I just walked right in and the doors were absolutely NEVER locked. I asked what her problem was with me and she told me she locked the door because she was waiting for someone to take over for her shift and she kept saying how she hates this job. If you don’t like your job, that’s not my problem. However, you have NO right to be taking that out on me or any other customer. She backed down immediately and apologized at the end, but this is completely unacceptable behavior for any employee, especially in the customer...
Read moreI've been an avid gamestop buyer since i was a teen, thats about 14 years or so, and this is the worst customer seevice one i have ever been to. My roommate at the time bought a preowned Nintendo switch. Inside the box was an Hdmi cable and the switch itself. It took three days of actually having it before we decided to hook it up to the tv. We went to go hook it up and realized there was no power adapter for the charging station. We contacted gamestop and they said they would resolve the issue. We get there and the store leader acts like she had no idea that I contacted them. She was not very helpful in finding a solution to the problem and wasted our time "trying to find an ac adapter". Finally i just told her we'll just get a new one so we can go. She didn't offer an apology or even tried offering a discount. I paid full price for an adapter. Which made the whole point in buying preowned pointless. This is the last time I'm shopping at this store, and i hope any that do shop here are not scammed out of...

We were in a few minutes and she had a bathroom emergency and the guy behind the counter could clearly see what was going on and refused to let her go. I understand there’s no public restrooms but when there’s a 5 year old little girl crying she’s gonna have an accident you should be able to use your judgement and make an exception.
