I was excited to try this place after seeing it says they're using San Marzano based sauce. I ordered a plain pizza with pepperoni. The crust had a good crunch, not overcooked, but it's overshadowed by toughness. The sauce was sweet, not salty, had good texture, and neutral in flavor. The cheese lacked prominence, wasn't very cheesy and milky like mozzarella is supposed to be, more akin to a shredded cheese blend. The prices are higher than comparables. If you do a custom pizza becareful if the toppings are the same as one of their other pizzas as it'll be more expensive. Overall the pizza I had was decent but not remarkable. I'd like to try the Queens based on the photo, so I might go back in the future. In my opinion the cheese and crust needs improvement at this price point, especially for the plain that I had.

Great pizza! I haven't branched off to their other food yet but their pizza is so solid! It is on the pricey side but that's what you can expect with a more premium pizza. Plus they have a rewards program to earn points! Both photos are a pepperoni pizza. One is 10 in and the other is their largest size. My wife says this is hands down her favorite pizza place in town! Looks like it would be a fun place to work at! Please never close! Also the reviews talking about the crusts must be people who aren't familiar with NY style pizza. It is made differently than a puffy "fast food " pizza so I have no complaints about the crust.

Amazing pizza! I ordered a 20” pepperoni to go, and it was one of the best pies I’ve ever had. The crust was perfect—chewy on the bottom with a super crispy outer edge. Three huge slices just about did me in. This is officially our new favorite pizza in Bismarck. The staff were friendly and helpful. I chatted with a few employees, and everyone was in a great mood—which is especially impressive for a crew working on Independence Day.

Lost any support I had left over for this place. $26 for a 14 inch pepperoni pizza, mind you that includes a $3.50 delivery fee. This place must really think they have the golden grail of pizzas. Seriously what are you thinking? Not even your ingredients stand out as "superior" so much that this would make sense. I have heard this claim before..."we have the cheapest pizza by the inch"..... so not only are these people greedy but they are liars as well. Next time you read "ready in 45-55 minutes" don't expect that pizza for over 2 hours because that's how long I had to wait for a barely warm $30+ pizza (considering tip). This is the second time now and I only live 6 minutes away. I want to say airheads run this business but I can't because they are robbing everyone blind and you have to be somewhat competent to be such...

I was excited to hear about a new pizza place on the N side, until I walked in the door. The two guys at the counter didn’t bother to smile, say welcome or ask if I had an order. It took three attempts before the younger guy could tell me his name. I had to tell him my name twice before he understood me. The pizzas I’d ordered online they claim they didn’t receive, but in fairness my credit card wasn’t charged. After placing my order, the pizzas were tossed on the counter and the guy walked back to the oven. I had to ask twice if they were mine, and without even looking at me, he said yes. The two pizzas weren’t worth the $50+ I paid, and the customer service was so not ND Nice. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend this place and will not...
