Not sure where to start. First off, there was no one in the building. As far as customers were concerned, it was not a super busy time. It was a bit after lunch. I placed my order in the drive through all seems fine. Just a small order, 2 kids meals and one regular meal. I paid they asked me to pull forwards for a few minutes. I thought this was weird as there wasn't even anyone behind me in line. But whatever. Almost half an hour later I was brought a bag full of someone else's food. I tried to say this is definitely not my food. And the person just started walking away. Someone else leaned out the window and yelled at them. To go take the food back because it wasn't mine. Which they promptly did. By this time I was getting a little frustrated..... And my two toddlers in the back seat were starting to cry and get upset. Finally almost twenty minutes after that did they bring me my food. I quickly headed home. I should have just given them back to food and asked for my money back. They didn't give me one of the french fries that went with my kids meal. Both of my kid's meals were just thrown in the same bag. The French fries and their chicken nuggets were completely inedible. The chicken was so dried out, it was like jerky. My son tried to chew it and spit it out because he couldn't even swallow it. The French fries were like shoe leather. And we're cold and tasted like they had been sitting around since the day before. Also, they knew full well. They weren't giving me one of the French fries because they tucked an old biscuit into a French fry container and threw that into the bag instead. I will never be returning to this KFC and anyone who asks me. I will tell them do not bother, it is disgusting. If I'm out and about and need to grab something from my little ones, it will always be arby's McDonald's or Wendy's which I have never had any issues with, regardless of the time I go, and are far superior in quality. My experience was just so horrendous. I will also be sending a letter...
Read moreAt the current moment right now, my experience was okay, in the past though, I asked for either very little ice or no ice in my drink, which the reason why, if you have half a cup full of ice, then it'll just dilute the drink and it will taste disgusting, as well as make your drink sweat quite a bit, making it not really good to hold onto, a lot of food places think it's hilarious to give you so much ice that you have more ice than a drink, they're getting better though, or at least the people I'm getting, there understanding you don't put too much.
I don't get the meals too often, family meals which hilariously keep adding coleslaw, is it bad no, but I cannot eat coleslaw because it doesn't digest, what were you getting a family meal for everybody in total, and you kindly asked to substitute coleslaw for something else, the answer is no, when I asked to just take it out and get it cheaper, the answer is no, I don't know if it would be a good idea to just make deals with coleslaw cheaper, and just added extra if you want it. But just the deals that have it added, I really do not like wasting food, that I bought and paid for.
The restaurant seems to be getting better in appearance outside and in, so hopefully moving forward they keep doing better.
I think the commercials are hilarious with the many different comedians becoming Colonel Sanders.
I've watched many YouTube videos discussing the topic about commercials as well as the appearance.
If you ever get a chance I highly recommend looking many different videos up on topic.
They gave me the option now to exchange the coleslaw for French fries or something else, So that's nice.
Their new manager does not give military discount so they discontinue that.
I said as a joke it would be funny that people in the military would keep coming in and speaking to the manager telling them that they would like to have the military discount until he understands...
Read moreI went through the drive through on my break at work and the cashier was very rude and slammed the window multiple times while helping me. They gave me my food and drink but not a straw. The cashier was taking food out to the car in front of me that was waiting so I waited for them to get back, when they got back to the window they rudely opened it and asked if I wanted a menu or something. I stated I didn’t get a straw and they sighed loudly and basically threw 3 straws at me. When I got to eating my food I realized they did not give me the cookie that was included in the meal and the famous chicken bowl I ordered had no corn and had mac and cheese instead of mashed potatoes. I couldn’t even eat it because I don’t like mac and cheese. I contacted corporate in hopes the cashier would take the time to learn from their mistakes and my experience. Corporate didn’t offer to refund me or follow up with my contact. I love the famous chicken bowl, but I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled and how this employee treated me. Especially since I try to be polite and respectful because I know how hard the food...
