as for the complaints, coffee shops are generally smaller spaces....you don't go there to eat a five course meal. usually any discrepancy in order, the staff has always offered up the correct (or wrongly described or wrongly heard item) item at no charge or reimbursed the difference, in my experience anyways.......anywhere.
