Subway — Restaurant in Blackfoot

We went in to order sandwiches for a little trip we were taking. The man doing the meat put such a small amount of steak on you could see a huge portion of bread. Then the lady putting veggies on the sandwich was constantly looking behind me like she was waiting for someone to walk in. She was distracted and she did not listen to what I asked and messed up two foot longs. The steak and cheese was so salty it was completely inedible, I think she poured like half the shaker onto it and the other was for our autistic son and she put mustard on his portion of the sandwich when I was very clear (I even pointed to the exact side) which side to put it on and I tried to get her to fix it and she did a very poor job and now he refuses to eat it. We bought two foot long sandwiches that frankly went to the trash. I am honestly so disappointed, like this woman should not be working there if she won't even acknowledge or listen to the customers and she just makes the sandwich however the hell she wants. I tried to order on the app. When I tried to submit my order, it said that this establishment no longer is taking online orders This was at 7:03 pm. I had just wasted 15 minutes of my time trying to place the online order. The app should not allow you to start the order if it so t let you finish it. I called the restaurant and the guy working said he would place a phone order and honor the app promo price. When I went to pick up my 4 sandwiches, they said that the manager wouldn’t allow them to honor the price. I usually love subway. But this location is just plain bad. I ordered a steak and cheese melt and all they did was warm it for a few seconds. By the time i got back to the car the sandwhich was cold. They were also very unhelpful with helping me decide which toppings to put on. I had never tried this type of sandwhich before, so i had no idea what to put on it. When I asked for recommendations all I got back was "i don't know". I ended up with a sandwhich that had no flavor, except for the bread. A "melt" (it was not a melt) that was cold.
