Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Blackfoot

I am a huge fan of little Ceasars.. not this location. My whole work crew refuses to get pizza from this location if we happen to be in blackfoot. We always argue on what location we like better.. the one in rigby is great, the one in IF is amazing. Pocatello is above average. The pizza that comes from this location is guaranteed to have almost no cheese, sauce and a few crisp pepperonis.. I'm not sure if the employees don't have any idea what they are doing or the manager is so cheap that she's worried so much about food cost that she turns the food into dry garbage bread. Today my daughter wanted to stop there and get bread sticks and talked me into a pizza as well. Its been a year since I stopped here. I almost wanted to believe they learned how to make a pizza in that time. Unfortunately, thus huge secret on how to make a pizza has been kept from the employees. My 8 year old daughter didn't even have a piece because of how bone dry and plain and cheap it was made. I can't believe how clueless the manager is. This may seem harsh but sometimes the truth is a wake up call that can change the image of this location. Until than, me and my work, friends, family, parents, etc will not...

My experience with this Little Caesars is a true cycle of yin and yang; it's either fantastic or horrible, and it seems to switch between the two 3-4 times a year. ​Currently (October 2025), it's in the "yang" phase: disorganized, slow, and with only a few employees who seem to want to be there. When the service is like this, I might only stop by monthly. ​However, when this location hits its "yin" phase, the owner actually makes equipment repairs, it's excellent—the pizza is consistent, the staff is friendly, and I happily visit at least once a week. I'm hoping that phase returns soon! ​My only other gripe is the new "no tipping" policy. In an age where every payment screen nags you for a tip, it’s frustrating to be told you can't tip when you actually want to. When an employee remembers my name when I walk in the door, and also my usual Crazy Crust add-on, that's excellent service that has earned a tip in my book. It should be the customer's choice to reward that, not a manager's decision...

Lil Cesar’s has gotten so bad. Their pizza lately has been burnt, hard, barely any sauce, really dry, & tonight just took the cake. Ordered a pretzel pizza & breadsticks online at 8 pm, got to the store at 8:15. They said they put it in the oven at 8:20. They kept giving our pizza away and kept saying 7 more minutes, 5 more minutes, 5 more minutes, over and over. Couple people came back in and saying this isn’t what I ordered. They remade my pizza 3 or 4x. It took OVER an HOUR to get one pizza & breadsticks… I told my sons I’m not going back. This is ridiculous. A month ago it took 35 minutes to get a pizza and I thought that was bad, it was nothing...
