I used to work here but I am going to try to be as unbiased as I can. As far as McDonald's go, this location isn't great. In the four years I have lived here, the number of times I have gotten a correct order is still in the single digits. It's usually not a big deal, mostly missing condiments and not taking onions off like I ask. The interior, at least before COVID, was always dirty somewhere and the tables always have a nasty smell to them. I'm not taking a star off for the outdated decor because they can't control that, but the way a couple of the managers treat me as a customer is hurtful at best. If you're the type of person to complain about a wrong order, they remember and are very good at passive aggressive "corrections" and conveniently forgetting how the burgers are made properly when ordered. BUT. The Sprite is delicious and the fresh quarter pounder beef is yummy! And their response to the pandemic has been very good - despite the long lines, they do work hard to make the wait short. I informed the lady that it was wrong n she rudely said i cant take that back its against our policy.. She very well could of been nice about it.. Then they informed me they handed out wrong meal n would have to remake mine.. Oh did i mention they charged me wrong amount.. Then they were like pull to the next window n we will get your refund back .. She did not give me my drinks.. I pulled forward then four cars were helped before they brought me my refund.. Read moreWe ordered on the app before breakfast was to end and it showed breakfast items. Went to pick up and they said the app stops serving 15 mins before lunch time. They refused to give our breakfast items. Then they said my card wasnt charged that they push a button for it to be charged however I showed a charge when we went to pick it up. Then magically i look at my mobile bank app and that charge was gone. Hmm. They refused to give us our food. They refused to understand we ordered prior to them not serving breakfast anymore. Said the app is to inform you, well the app was still showing nothing but breakfast whe i ordered and after paying it didnt say anything about not serving 15 mins before. They have bad customer service. Gave attitude and were rude. We are the customers, without customers the business itself wouldn't be where it is today. Why treat us like we are in the wrong.
