Absolutely unprofessional! I came in to the store at 10:50am (store opens at 10:30am) and was called by the Cashier. I ordered a 9 piece original bucket. After the transaction had occurred, the Store Manager shouted in the back, “tell him there’s a wait for the chicken” which the Cashier and I repeated at the same time to her “how long is wait?” And then replied, “30 minutes”. I accepted it at first and was calmed and collected. Then, I asked the Cashier, “if your doors are open at 10:30am, shouldn’t you have food readily available to your Customers?” And she embarrassingly agreed by knotting her head and looking over to her left shoulder which was where the Manager’s office is at and I immediately told her that it had nothing to do with her, and more of a question for the Manager to answer and asked to speak to her. Manager came and I again asked the same question and of course with a defensive tone and attitude, explaining to me that there are times they cannot have the food ready early and started bringing past events such as: cooks are late at times, Storm Ida caused them not to be able to open on time. I proceeded by saying those were past events, Storm Ida happened last week, Wednesday through Thursday, but can you tell me, on this very day, did anything happened which would clarify and justify the reason why I came in 20mns after the store was opened and advised that my food will not be ready until 30mns after, and rudely said to me, “next time I’ll keep my doors shut until 11:00 and not have to deal with this” and walked away without presenting a solution, without reasoning, without an ounce of professionalism in her. Furthermore, I asked the Cashier the contact info of the General Manager and she didnt know who that was. I asked her to ask the Store Manager for the GM’s contact in order for me to escalate this situation and the Cashier came back saying she doesn’t want to provide the info to me. I proceeded by contacting Corporate to further escalate this situation. The Corporate Rep who listened and noted my complaint, was shocked to see what a Manager would do to a Customer. I’d urge everyone who experienced the same issue as me to further report this higher up....
Read moreI’m surprised this KFC location still exist!! No customer service whatsoever in this place. All of the employees absolutely hate their job! I ordered through the app for pick up and when I arrived to get my food it was on the delivery side. I paid $32 for a family meal that came with chicken tenders and fries. I walked in and grabbed my bag that had my name with my receipt posted right on the bag, and the bag was a LARGE bag. When I get to my house I take the food out and realize they didn’t put the tenders or the fries.
I go back and when I arrive there were people standing and the two girls in the front were talking and ignoring the customers including myself. I then had to say “excuse me” to get their attention. Then I explain to one of the girls what was missing from my bag and she proceeds to tell me “oh there was no space in the large bag so we put it in a separate plastic bag next to the large bag” how was I supposed to know that?! When that separate plastic bag didn’t even have a receipt on it or nothing, and to top it off there was most definitely space in the LARGE bag for them to include the two missing items!!
When I get to my house to start eating, I open the mashed potatoes and there was a LONG HAIR in the mashed potatoes!!! I was beyond DISGUSTED!! Both my family and I found the mashed potatoes to be ATROCIOUS!! It tasted weird, like they just mixed whatever powder or product they have in a bag to make these so called mashed potatoes and I’m pretty sure they made it with water straight from the faucet because the quote on quote mashed potatoes were soooooo watered down!! When I ordered through the KFC app I had also put extra crispy for the chicken. They gave me REGULAR chicken and it was super dry!! The fries were soggy and extremely salty and the tenders had to go straight to the garbage!!

Read moreI placed an order through the KFC App and when I went inside to pick up my order the cashier stated that the order wasn't complete because they didn't have any fries. She asked me if I wanted another side and I politely told her "NO" because the order is for my daughter and she doesn't eat the other sides. Since my order wasn't complete I asked for refund. Now I was told that we don't issue refunds. She said I would have to go through Uber Eats to get a refund. I told her that I placed the order through the KFC app and you can't request a refund through the app. I asked to speak with her manager and she stated that she was the manager but the other manager would be in at 3:00. I went outside and got my daughter from the car and waited for a manager to arrive. It's 3:08 and a manager still hasn't arrived. All I want is my $11.40 refunded to my card since their establishment didn't have what I ordered. I don't live in this area so I wasn't going to ask for a rain check and I don't want to order from this establishment ever again. This restaurant is a complete mess. It's a sign on the register that says exact change or round up, customers waiting forever for their orders, people are just walking out because of the announcement that "We don't have any tenders or fries!!" Lack of professionalism for an established company. I'll take the lost of the $11.40 and take my business to Popeye's.
