If i could rate 0 stars i would ! I ordered through Uber eats a couple days ago and called the restaurant to make some requests. I was told they would make my order how I asked. 5 minutes after calling, I got a message saying my order was on its way. That was a red flag because I just had called and I knew my order would take longer being well done chicken. Okay so when it arrived to me my order obviously wasn’t how I wanted it. I called and spoke with a manager who told me to save the food and bring it back when I can so they can remake my order. Today I got my order remade and it gave me diarrhea!!! But first let me tell yalll…. When I went into the restaurant and explained what happened , One of the managers asked me if I had called the 800 number and complained on them. I was confused because I never called the 800 number . I called the restaurant directly. BUT looks like I should have been calling the 800 number because that chicken made me sick !!! Clearly someone else called because they experienced terrible service as well. My stomach is hurting extremely bad. Feels like it is in knots . And extremely bad diarrhea and nausea. Read moreSo this was my first time going back to this store since it reopened. All my prior experiences had been positive until this time. Using the drive through I ordered two box meals and two apple pies. Got to the window and they handed me a bag and said thank you. I start rolling home and the bag shifts at some point. I start to adjust the bag and something seems off. There was only one meal in the bag. Not ideal but mistakes happen. I'll go back and they can make things right. So now while I'm on my way back the food I do have is getting cold. I call to let them know what happened and I'm returning to the store. They ask me my order number and what was missing, several times. Like my story might change. I return to the store expecting to have my entire order waiting for me nice and hot. They only made the missing meal. I stated that due to their error the other part of my meal is now cold. They said sorry and walked away. I don't think I was being entitled in the slightest by wanting all my food to be warm. There are more than one Popeye's in the area. So I don't thing I'll be going back to this one anytime soon if this was a indication of the service...

I said Mam I’m sorry I didn’t hear you, She Then Yelled Back ‘ IS THAT IT ‘ I Said Yes Mam & She Goes ‘ OK PULL UP ‘ I Said Could you Please repeat my order, She Then Once Agian YELLED Back My Order & Left Out What I Had Asked Extra 4 & Goes ‘ OK PULL UP ‘ without letting me know the Total, So I Pulled Up Paid & waited for my Order for 5 Minutes With 6 Cars Behind me..
