Sad. Place could have been better. I got mango lava milk for my 2 kids. 4 and 5 year old. They drank more than half of a large. They said they were done. So I wanted to drink the rest. I took a sip and noticed what could be plastic or fibers from mango or the seed inside… took another sip to actually look at a piece. I called the store. ASKED how the drink is prepared. Needed a piece of mind as a mom who gave her 2 little kids something to drink I didn’t know what was. I went into the store to show what I was talking about. I will attach pictures. Long story short both employed (manager being one) would not give me a plate. Or a strainer to another cup. So I saw paper towels. Asked for one and dumb some drink on to the counter to dig out what was in the drink. After back and forth the manager being zero help and very rude I asked her to call the owner. Owner came in. Did exactly what I asked. To grab more mango mix or puree and show me what my kids drank. To me I lt didn’t look like fibers from mango. End of conversation manager Angie was very rude. I didn’t ask for a refund I didn’t ask for a new drink. I just asked for another mango chunk to see if it was fibers or not for piece of mind. Instead she got yelled at and sent in the back by owner and I am here making a review due to the pooor treatment from a worker that I never accused or wanted money back or a new free drink. I have it all on video as well to refer back to if needed. Sad to report I will not be coming back. These pics are from the quarter left from the drink and the 20 minutes I was waiting for...
Read moreThis is definitely a premium boba spot. The place is very classy with its minimalist white look. However, the boba itself doesn’t meet expectations, especially for the price tag ($10 for a large + cheese top + boba + tip). More expensive than at other boba shops, but the boba at the bottom doesn’t even have much flavor. Also, there is a lot of ice in the drinks. It also doesn’t seem fully thought through - we got cheese tops but drinks came with a plastic film top and straw, making them hard to enjoy. The flavor of the tea itself and cheese top are decent - we got the salted caramel oolong and the black tea - and tastes more creamy than at other places. Just disappointed...
Read moreMy friends shared the grand opening post for Boba House and I was finally in the area with the family so we stopped by. The service was wonderful, he greeted us soon as we walked in. He gave us recs on drinks. Informed us it was going to take a couple minutes because he was working alone. We were totally fine with that.
Roasted Oolong Milk Tea 5/5 The perfect amount of sweetness and the aroma of the roasted oolong was great. I’d definitely get it again.
Passionfruit Green Tea 5/5 The passionfruit flavor reminded my cousin back home in the motherlands of the drinks she used to get with fresh passionfruit. The amount of sweeat and tangy complimented each...
