What happen to this location?? Customer service went DOWN rock bottom. Here standing in front of the counter, employee sweeping the floors all around me doesn’t acknowledge me keeps sweeping. Still no one at the counter. I see the cooks, ann employee chatting away with another person in the back. Sees me standing in front and doesn’t acknowledge me.. finally the guy that is sweeping the floors finishes. Comes around to the counter after 3-5 minutes and pretends it’s the first time he sees me. WT?? IS HAPPENING?? Fives Guys always had the BEST customer service. Is this a different owner? It get worse. Ok, so the service is a NEGATIVE! . Still, the BEST burgers and fries. Here is the HORRIBLE part… Get home, set out the food and realize I just got ripped off!! What happened?? Ordered a small fries like I’ve always do, cause Five Guys fries are the best they are very “generous with the fries”. See all of the reviews…NOT this time. I literally got a PINCH of fries (cup wasn’t full and it was a small cup.. Come on, I Paid $17.00 for a small cheese burger with less than a small cup?
Called Five Guys to let them know. Guy on the phone tells me he going to me through his mgr.. He sets down the receiver and continues to have this long conversation with the cooks, waited for 8 minutes, decided to hang up and call back . Jokes on me Lol!!! Phone rings and rings. No one picked up after 8 rings.
Reason I’m now writing this review. Going to try another location. *Cause I still LOVE the burgers and fries. Farewell...

Like a few others, I really can't fathom why this burger place costs so darn much. I know McDonald's doesn't have squat on so-called 'fresh' burgers, but I received SO much more pleasure while eating the $1.89 Daily Double at McDonald's than my Five Guys burger.
Basically, I demand a good taste-to-value ratio from all my food. If it tastes REALLY amazing, I am willing to part with $10-12 for something basic like a hamburger. However, the Five Guys burger was no better than the $3.50 hamburger from Portillo's and it was messier simply due to the way they stacked and cut the ingredients (sliced onions and tomatoes were cut too thick for a burger). Also, the beef is not 'Kobe beef,' so there's no reason for the price hike incurred here.
I gave an extra star for the fries, which are home-cut and very good. Unfortunately, this place is not convenient to get to, overpriced and kind of looks like White Castle (hospital-like), so it's an all-around turnoff for me and I will not go back. Portillo's, you are still king of...
Read moreLove the food, but customer service went completely down the hole. Ordered delivery through the 5 guys app, and they forgot to give the driver one of the burgers.
Called up, and a completely apathetic manager said I could get credit or pick it up, never once saying sorry for the mistake. I asked if I could get some fresh Fries for the inconvenience of having paid extra for delivery+tip and still having to drive over and pick it up while leaving my fries to get cold at home. Completely reasonable request. He says, "We'll see" and promptly hangs up before I could get another word in. What?!
I come in and it's dead inside. I'm handed my bag of missing food, still with no apology, no acknowledgement of their mistake, and no fresh fries. I ask about the fresh fries and the young-ish manager and another employee looked at each other and rolled their eyes in front of me as if I demanded them to remake my entire order from scratch, and said I'd have to wait if I wanted fries.
Mistakes happen, I have no problem with that. Not willing to take responsibility for the mistake and rolling your eyes at the customer politely asking to make it right is what I have a...
