I’m 38 weeks pregnant and brought my kids here for an easy dinner. They failed. I ordered a single strip to be added to my older child’s meal… well the strip that I paid 1.80 for was barely a strip. Please see picture for reference. I figured the tiny piece of chicken had slipped through the cracks so I had my two daughters go inside so it could be made right. I told them to explain that I was pregnant and couldn’t come in. Mind you I have to use a handicap sign right now. When they asked for help they got rolled eyes from the staff and were simply dismissed and told that the chicken was an appropriate sized strip. One came back out to tell me and so I told her to go tell them it was fine that I would be contacting management. I won’t be bringing them back to this location since service and food quality has clearly gone downhill. Chicken chicken chicken it’s this location that I’m kickin !!

First time I've eaten at Raising Cane's, but I will definitely be back. I was in a hurry to get back to the office, so I went through the drive-thru, and service couldn't have been quicker. I got the Box Combo, which came with four chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, garlic bread, and their sauce as well as a drink. The fries were top notch, just crisp enough with the right amount of salt. The garlic bread was wonderful... warning, it is a bit soggy because it's super well buttered, but that's how I like it (if you're a crisp garlic bread person, this isn't it). The coleslaw was standard lunch fare, but a delicious side. The fingers, though, were epic! Moist and tender on the inside with a crispy, flaky batter that goes perfectly with their sauce. The sauce has a mild kick to it, but was the perfect accent to the chicken. Definitely well worth the money!

First time visiting a Raising Cane's chicken fingers location. I've heard a lot a positive talk about the chicken fingers from this joint. Unfortunately, I have to disagree with the positive comments. I feel the chicken tenders lack flavor in the breading and the breading on the chicken fingers falls of when grasped with the fingers to pick up and eat. The chicken is juicy and fresh. The Texas toast is grilled on one side of the toast while leaving the other side raw and chewy with no flavor. Cold slaw is sweet and crisp. Fries were limp and undercooked. The special Cane sauce tasted heavy in pepper and taste wise doesn't made me come back to repeatedly dip after tasting it. The sweet tea taste like the typical sweet tea found in fast food restaurants.

(fast reads: good food, good service, absolutely pits of hell type of obnoxious teenagers (im a teenager myself lol) if you get ticked off by loud people etc dont recommend, if not, then yes this is a good joint)

It was pretty good, the sauce was great and the food was great, everything was good, everything in this is perfect, the only bad thing is the teenagers, i am one myself, but jesus christ, there's so much what i like to say "generic white ice cream haircut boys" that are around like 14-16, not mature, likes to be loud as hell for no reason, one time we ate here and they were LOUD, playing around in seats, some other group was also playing, brought soda and were throwing it around for a few minutes then it (FINALLY!!!) spilled over and went all over one of their phones and that's when they got worried, they then brought like 30 napkins and put them in a bunch,( i can tell they've never done chores and were probably coddled, act nice at home but act childish at school and in public), they proceeded to then put all of them in there, NOT EVEN WIPE it down, and just lef them there, then sadly a worker came and cleaned up their mess. it was like 11 at night, throwing shoes around, they come in packs lmao, like 6-7 dudes, all rambling, being loud, immature. then there was the "baltimore acting black dudes" that were in some seats around us in a different day, some were also being obnoxious and loud, one dude came in a onesie (????) and was just plain foolish there was also some girls, filled up seats but were not being loud or anything, and there was other teenagers / young adults and they also weren't being obnoxious and loud, if you're an adult and get easily annoyed by young people thinking they're "hip" some come "after school" on weekdays, cause they come when school is over and in packs, sometimes late at night too lol, if they dont bother you then its perfect, food is good and service is good, good prices yada yada...

When Canes was opened, I had to try it after hearing so much about it online.

I decided to go with the Box Combo which I includes, 4 chicken tenders, fries, toast, coleslaw, and a medium drink which I selected to be an Arnold Palmer (iced tea / lemonade combo) and of course their famous Cane Sauce.

When my order was given to me the aroma from the box filled my car and made itself present that it was hot and fresh.

After eating I can say that the chicken taste incredible with a crispy exterior containing a juicy and tender interior.

The fries were crispy and tasted wonderful and I believe they are not salted at all which I see as a positive.

The coleslaw tasted very fresh and is a perfect pairing with the chicken tenders.

The toast must have come from the heavens because it makes you want more. It is crispy, soft, and well buttered.

Now, I like to refer to the Cane sauce as Liquid Gold in the food world because it goes well with everything in the meal. So go ahead and dip away when you try it!

I'm not usually a fan of Arnold Palmer but here it was perfect. You get the sweetness of the lemonade and get hit with the bitterness of the iced tea at the same time.

The location was very clean and held a nice atmosphere. Outdoor dining is also available here.

Needless to say, I have come to this location many times with friends and family over and over again since they opened.

Clean location, friendly staff, quick service,...

This is probably my favorite local chicken place around (I’m sure Chicago and the surrounding area has better places, but nobody who isn’t in the area is gonna wanna drive that far for some chicken). The restaurant is nice, well-kept, and professional. The location was recently added, so everything is brand new. The staff have all been friendly and helpful. They also work quickly. I don’t remember ever waiting in line for longer than five minutes, even on a busier day. They’re good at keeping the line going.

I remember one time I went, I had ordered an extra sauce on the side, and they forgot to include it, even though I paid. I called them back when I got home, and spoke to a manager at the store who was very kind in resolving my problem. She decided to give me a free caniac combo on my next visit and added it on to my account.

Taste-wise, the chicken isn’t the greatest. It’s a bit bland in all honesty, but the sauce really makes up for it. The Texas toast is great if it isn’t floppy. The fries can be hit or miss. Otherwise, great place if you want some fast...
