Subway — Restaurant in Bloomington

I thought I was going to enjoy my meal because I loved Subway in the past it used to beat going to any fast food for me. I walk in during lunch and it's completely empty my husband and I were the only ones there and that's not just going through the door and the two men preparing our sandwiches we decided to sit down and eat as well and not one person walked in. That was odd to me. Right when I'm getting ready to pay for my sandwich we decided to opt in and get the meal which states on the menu two cookies and a drink with the sandwich. I got the two cookies and the other employee walked right over and asked me what I wanted for the 3rd cookie and I kindly declined the third one because it only says 2 cookies. He continues to insist on it he says yes you can get another one with the meal deal no problem. I thought well that it was sweet of him to do that I sit down and see my receipt and I know I'm not walking around with money to just be not careful on what I'm spending got to stick to a budget like many of us these days do the I noticed that he charges me way too much one meal deal was 24 dollars he rang it up a certain way to charge me for no meal deal and cookies and everything separate and that being said I won't be going back there. It's not good customer service to try and get more money from me when I specifically spoke to him about the meal deal and cookies and he knew what he was doing. Ordered online for pickup. All the meat is in the back of the sandwich.. they literally made it sideways. You gotta turn the sandwich like a hotdog to get a bite with everything in it. Doesn't work out well, try it. Otherwise it's bites of just veggies/sauce OR bites of meat and cheese. Speaking of sauce I chose the garlic sauce but requested "Less" of it. I seem to have been given extra instead. Literally you're trying to kill people. I got 1/4 cup of solid sauce. I just wanted a little flavor not a freaking oil drink. I should've filmed it but you pick up the sandwich and sauce is coming out like diarrhea. Pretty disgusting threw away 40% of the sandwich, just picked out the meat. First time I've been to this location in about a year. Seems they have a new staff that doesn't even speak English or are pretending. That's great. Love it. Dudes also got on a headset talking to someone. It's like going into a cheap marathon nowadays. Never going to this subway again tired...

I asked for the new garlic butter on my regular sandwich.. the girl charged me $2 extra, I asked he to clarify the $2 charge and it was in fact "just the butter $2 extra" she didnt mention to me there was an upcharge for garlic butter when she was making my sandwich.. I refused to pay, left my sandwich on the counter.. I meen, how could I pay? She would have me looking like the biggest idiot in the world paying $2 extra for adding butter...
