DiBella's Subs — Restaurant in Blue Ash

I come here at least once, if not twice, per week. I love the cheesesteak. I have been coming to Dibella’s Blue Ash since 2014, but no more.

Inconsistency with the product (usually short on meat) is an issue. The sub was already not a great deal, at 8.79, but today I went to place my online order to find the price has increased to 9.49. Less than a dollar, but still a 10% price increase- for what?

No coupons and a mediocre rewards program means there is nothing making me a “sticky” customer..

It’s been a while, figured I’d give it a try once more... even WORSE. See pictures. Almost no cheese, no mayo, and still skimping on the meat. Unreal.

What a turn around! Awesome lately

I did get communication from corporate regarding the recent experiences. I have gone back to being a “regular” due to a return to quality and consistency. The rewards program and the new website is much much better. I would rate it 5 stars but I cannot forget the recent past just yet.

Problems with consistency, AND another price increase!!! Two price increases (about 1.29 on a medium sub) in 1 year that I’ve noticed. I’m done. Was my favorite sub shop, multiple visits per week, but no more. I’m all the way done. $10 for a medium sub with no extras, no way- they dont fill the bread enough for that most of the time.

I'm sick of this location and them messing up my order. My order number was 17439107382034432 at the 4645 Osborne Boulevard Blue Ash, OH 45242 location. I ordered a very simple plain turkey and ham sub with cheddar cheese and they put honey mustard and banana peppers on my sub. I didn't ask for those things on mine my husband asked for those things on his Uncle Louis sub. This is not the first time this has happened this year and I'm sick and tired of them being careless and not making stuff correct. We will not be back again. This is now the 3rd time recently that our order has been wrong and we are not coming back again. Obviously the workers and management don't care about anything. All I wanted was subs to pack to take the zoo early today when they open up for members at 9 am.
