Wendy's — Restaurant in Blue Ridge

Ok so let's start by saying the strawberry frosties are a hit!

Unfortunately you can never enjoy anything because the dine-in area is ALWAYS closed their reason is low staff.. ok I understand that. But then I was in the dining area when they locked the doors mind you 4 other familes are in there sitting in there too. There are people looking in the window like hello answer the door! It is 1:40pm in the afternoon on the sign it says dining area open till 10pm if I'm not mistaken. Actually one of my first jobs was working at wendys , it was a great experience. I love Wendy's! But here in Blueridge Ga ours is slowly going downhill. If it were just a couple days out of the week ok I understand things happen. This is every day for the last 3 months now it's ridiculous!! I wouldn't even go back but my 4 year old daughter loves their kids meal and getting a jr. frosty after dance has been a tradition for 2 years now. Today we go through the drive thru its around 5pm the inside is closed the cars are wrapped around the building we probably sat in line a good 15 to 20 min. A couple of the cars got upset and just left, Because they are seeing customers order food and have to sit another 10 minutes by then its cold. While employees are outside on their phones and vaping. I never leave a bad review but if it is that bad then call corporate and get some help for a while. If this is how it will be from now on just PLEASE leave signs on ALL doors like 1 hour before you close the doors and peoplw wouldnt be so aggravated, because when elderly people see others inside eating and the doors are locked.. that can be...

I'm giving one star because of the service. The dark haired lady working the second window was probably the most disrespectful, hateful employee that I've seen at any fast food restaurant in life. We got our food and my wife was driving and the lady working opened the window and more less threw our food out to us. My wife asked if we could get some napkins, the lady rolled her eyes then gave her the napkins. My wife said thanks and the lady closed the window and walked away. We pulled into a parking spot and noticed the fries needed salt(not a big problem, just need some salt) so I got out of the car and walked over to the second Window, there was a car in the first. I knocked on the window and when I got the lady's attention she said something that sounded like G.D. but I couldn't tell just sounded like that to myself. I told her that I was sorry to bother her but could I have some salt please. She never said a word she grabbed a handful of nearly 20 packs of salt, handed it to me and I said thank you And she never said a word. Closed the window and walked away. I had just got off a long day of work. I ordered a frosty and chicken nuggets. The person taking my order in the drive-thru was very rude and had a attitude. She made me wait about 10 minutes before ordering and I was the only one there! I could not get my frosty because they didn't have frostys for the rest of the night. Most likely because they were to lazy to clean it again or make more. I sat in the line for about 20 minutes because of one car in front of me. Workers from Wendy's were talking to this person in the car after they gave her-him their food. Why should I wait just for you to talk? You can do that after you clock out. My food was Luke warm.
