We used to love this location. Last time we ordered, the pizza was burnt. I figure it was a fluke and we ordered again tonight. Picked it up and had to wait a long time for anyone to even acknowledge me. When a delivery driver came in, a girl in the back yelled “Can you get the front?!?!” He took my money and handed me 2 large boxes. I told him we had Parmesan bites as well. After some confusion they figured out that they put the wring pizzas in my box. They found my order and off I went.
When I got home, one pizza was perfect. The other had toppings clumped in about 3 spots, with mostly bare pizza, there were bell peppers hidden under ham slices in several places (which I do not like and did not order), and the large pizza was cut into roughly 6 giant square pieces. The Parmesan bites were just plain bread. No butter, seasoning, or Parmesan.
I tried to call, but just ended up on hold for 20 minutes. In that time I drove back to the store. They answered shortly before I pulled in, and I told them I would be right in.
I explained the problem, and she said, well, we can make you a new pizza and Parmesan bites. I said ok, and she said, “Well, I have one order to make first, and then I can remake them for you if you want to wait.
The whole time I was in there, she was the only one there. The phone rang the entire time, and she didn’t make a move to answer it. She also didn’t move with too much speed or urgency.
I will say, everyone was very polite and personable. Very nice people. They just maybe lack some training. Someone needs to tell this girl that when you screw up someone’s order, you drop everything and make it right, not let them know if they want to wait LONGER for their dinner, you will get to them after everyone else. They need to know how to multitask for sure. And for sure, they are understaffed. I hope this location gets back up to the standard they used to be, because it is my favorite pizza. If not, I guess we will be switching...
Read moreI ordered from Domino’s tonight at 5:45. I ordered a Honolulu Hawaiian pizza with onion 14 regular chicken wings one Caesar salad one order of chicken bites with bacon and tomato. At 8:20 the order was delivered. The pizza had peppers on it the chicken wings were nonexistent they were pleased with garlic butter bread bites. The Caesar salad was not a Cesar. The chicken bites with bacon and tomatoes were burnt and non-edible. I paid $49 for a dinner we could not eat. I called and the manager said that he would take care of it, the order would be resent. And that’s a delivery driver wouldn’t be getting paid but $.20 but he would take care of it out of his own pocket. Like it was my mistake and that I should pay a driver a tip again. The second order arrived a little before nine and the pizza was the same as the first the 14 regular chicken wings were only eight and there was no Caesar salad. I called back again and could hear in the background a woman going I don’t know what the blank she’s talking about, and some other words for said. So as you can understand I was very upset when the manager came back on the phone I told him the pizza was the same as before and then I said I ordered 14 chicken wings only eight showed up what was it the wrong order or did the driver get hungry on her way over. Since I could hear her saying all the nasty stuff in the background. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Not even my...
Read moreI would definitely trust the negative reviews. Not only are they true about this location and others around that Kansas city metro, but they are also legitimate, unbiased reviews by the customers and not just some possible manager/store owner trying to make themself/selves look better.
This particular store location has actually gone down in quality massively. I remember a few years ago when I would go in and there would be people at my attention immediately. Any time they made a mistake, they were extremely apologetic and would take care of my needs post haste. Now I'm even lucky to go in and actually have someone pay attention to the customer that had just walked in. Waiting around for 20 minutes without any sort of acknowledgement is this establishments idea of customer service. This is a very filthy location that the employees seem to not be able to keep up with. I'm actually very much done with going to this location anymore. I am permanantly switching to papa johns because they care alot more about presentation and customer service then the people at Domino's.
And to be honest, I WISH I had listened to the negative reviews. I try to keep an open mind about everything, try everything twice and keep coming back if I have a wonderful experience. Like I said, I used to enjoy going here, but its gone down hill and just so...
