Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Boardman

Outstanding COMPLETE EXPERIENCE from this location EVERY SINGLE TIME. Tay (supervisor or manager I assume) answered the phone when I called today to ask a question. My wife was having a less than par day and I was on a mission to make it better. The lemonade with strawberry syrup is one of my wife’s favorite things to drink on a down day. I explained my request simple enough, not outlandish, but out of the ordinary for sure. I was told I could just ask for her at arrival as she already understood my request. I arrived at the location about 5-10 minutes later and placed my order for a couple gallons of the lemonade and my additional request; and note that they were ready within about 5 minutes. TWO GALLONS. Note also they serve fresh lemonade. Not minutemaid. What I appreciated the most tho about the quickness was that care was still taken. There was some wetness on the outside of the gallon jugs when another employee took them to the carry out shelf and he took the time to make sure they were wiped down and dry which is kindness, I hate to say, you do not see often enough any more. Thank you guy who’s name I did not catch.

What is most important here though is that Tay cared enough to not rush my questions. She answered quickly but kindly, and she delivered on her words. It’s easy to say she understood the assignment completely. This Chik Fila for the win EVERY TIME. And I mean specifically...

Super efficient at taking orders from a long line of cars, it's my 1st time trying Chick fil a. I was on my way to a well known eating establishment right next door, when I decided to check out the reviews of my usual place...2. Point something..oh noo..I also read the reviews as to why it was rated so low. One review mentioned why the place next door "Chick fill A "was doing great business! So I thought to myself..I'm going to check this place out!!! I ordered 1 spicy sandwich...I'm in love!!! My order was taken by a nice young woman at curbside, 4 or 5 cars before i got to the window. As i pulled up to the window ..another lady calls my name, i confirm, yes! She says the money owed, I give it to her, she hands me my bag of sandwich immediately. Now it was 2 lanes of cars being served promptly..Super Efficient!! They all worked together so well, cars were moving in and moving out with minimal wait time!!! I'm so amazed I had to write this long review!!! Lol! Thanks for taking the time to read my thoughts of this fabulous service, the sandwich was awesome too, bread soft, chicken had a light crunch and flavorful to the max!! I'm a new fan of...

I parked in the designated parking spot checked in and waited for my breakfast. After waiting 30min people who came after me recieved their orders. I asked an employee where to check on my food. She told me (before checking) I didn't order to the right one. I showed her my phone and it showed I was at the right location and I checked in telling me to sit back and wait for my food. She came back and said I didn't check in (I previously showed her my phone showing I checked in and was waiting on my food). She continued to tell me I didn't check in and it was my fault. Then, she told me they are not serving breakfast anymore and there was nothing she could do because I never checked in. But, I can order lunch. No apology, no one took responsibility for their systems mistakes. I am pretty upset with her customer service and that no manager felt the need to address a customer that had been waiting 30+min and received no food. I did receive an apology after I advised her how to handle a customer properly in this situation. Something needs to be done for 40min of wasted time. I will not spend any more money at this place if my time means...
