The machine has made a solid custard franchise. The younger generation always tough to train, besides that one silly experience over the dozens I've had here, place always holds it's custard standards. Great flavors, love the big portions to bring home and have on your own time. Any whits location should be solid to try. I do believe my photos are down of those silly employees that one evening.

I love Whits. I honestly have a member ship number and love coming here. I was just so disappointed at the staff that is left to watch hanging out in the back doing NOTHING!!!. TANYA AND DASHIA SHOULD BE FIRED. Hanging out in the back, unwilling to help a customer or even step away from the counter and be aggressive to guest. I've never been treated with such disrespect. I was here yesterday and had an amazing time as I always do here. So I got some brownies from the store and wanted whits ice cream with it. So to have sweet surprise for my lady on the way home i wanted to get more whits custard.

A sign says custom quarts available if not busy no one is here, literally crickets in the parking lot and the employee refused to help me and waved hands bye to me as I'm wearing another restaurant shirt. I work in the industry and if I knew an employee to behave in such a manner he/she would be gone. I honestly been coming here for well over a year now and been to their delray location. It's owned by same owner in both spots. A total of 5 guests have been here since I started writing this review. It's amazing how happy this girl was to send me off upset and with no ice cream sale when I would have gotten anything if her attitude or respect was in check w guest of the establishment. Terrible employee when I've never encountered such an experience here. Definitely get their ice cream it's a shame I was ready to give such a great review. It'd amazing how staff can really change your point of view of a place. Who allows disrespectful people to run their business. Fortunately it's a great product, I'm sure the employees love eating...

Discipline is good. This is Whitt‘s motto apparently, and I’m here for it. Allow me to explain: your typical ice cream hut will carry an outrageous number of flavors at any given time. Like feathers in a headdress, these mega corporations believe that variety is the spiciest spice of life. Sifting through bubblegum cream raspberry swirl and chocolate cashew honey dripped pecan brittle can be a slow, arduous slog. Not so at Whit’s. Four flavors. That’s all you get, and, frankly, that’s all you need. Yes, Witts has a huge catalog of flavors. However, like with any good thing, you have to wait for them to come around on the calendar.. On my initial visit, I had a salted caramel malted. It was delicious, and the luscious richness of the frozen custard made the experience all the more sensual. My dining companion, donned nattily in a clean white T, had two scoops of snickers bar custard in a huge paper-wrapped homemade waffle cone. I don’t mention my companion’s shirt only in passing, however. With great aplomb, he raced to the end of his ice cream cone experience, stripping off the paper that held the precious keystone point at the bottom of the cone. With one decisive, smiling chomp, he bit the end off. Cold, snickers-flavored custard began pouring through the gaping hole at the bottom of the cone. Let’s just say, by the end of his trip, he didn’t need a commemorative T-shirt to remember Whit’s Frozen Custard, and neither do I. Although my teeth are on edge a bit imagining what Watermelon Chip must be like, the vast majority of flavors on Whits calendar, not menu mind it, but calendar, sound delightful. I’ll be back, and thanks to Whit’s Frozen Custard, I know exactly what day to go. If I can wait that...

I love the ice cream at Whits and wish that I could give you guys the 5 starts you deserve. However, frequently the length of the line to get to the counter to order is more or less unbearable, especially during the evening hours when I actually have time to go and get ice cream here.

There must be something that you can do from a management standpoint to increase efficiencies.

It's only right that I edit this review to a 5 stars. Today, when I arrived at Whits i noticed that the line was considerably shorter than last week and a staff member asked me what I wanted when I was in the registers on deck position, allowing for a total experience that lasted less than minutes.

The fact that your team was able to implement a change so quickly after receiving customer feedback is incredibly respectable. Always coming here for custard now, I wish more food service businesses were...
