Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Boerne

First time ever going to this location. Only cause it was closer than going to DQ by one city block. I will drive past this Baskin Robbins forever. I went in to order ice cream. I witness two high school girls order waffle cones. The entire process of ordering to leaving. They order double scoops and leave with ice cream almost overflowing the cone. I then order double scoop of peanut butter ice cream in a dish. My total price was $5.49 for a double scoop in dish. Barely anything in my dish. I could honestly see this being one scoop. Maybe 1.5 scoops….maybe. No worries though. My money goes to Dairy Queen. Explains your 2.9 ⭐️ review. She acts like it’s her ice cream….it was to hard for her to scoop would be her excuse. This place is run by teens so it’s not their fault that it’s so unprofessional. When you call, they have no answers so I ordered online. FOUR people in the store and they ignored me. I waited. Waited. I finally asked if someone could please just help me because I was just picking up a cake. We paid for a custom cake for the decorator to cut off the whole top of the picture lol. When I asked, they all scattered, said they didn’t have a manager. Literally, ignored me again standing there with an ice cream cake. The 2 young ladies working there yesterday were very kind. They really did make me a good drink however I came for a ice cream milkshake and it’s sad to walk in and see every flavor you like out… I just don’t understand why they flat out refuse to make sure the ice cream tub is stocked properly. You’ve been open long enough to know the demand so there’s no excuse. This is always an issue at this location and I usually get my ice cream at places where they know how to keep stock.
