TL:DR : Tastes the same as Subway, with less ingredients to choose from, and extremely expensive for what you're getting.
So I tried this place out finally. I got two full size sandwiches. One in a combo, one stand alone. It's a good thing I got two of the same sandwich, because they just started throwing stuff on, and I had to ask if they had different ingredient options. Throws provolone on, "Do you guys have swiss?" "Ya." "Can I have swiss please?" "Ok" "Do you guys have mayonnaise and mustard?" "Ya" squirts yellow mustard on. "Do you only have yellow?" "No we have brown and honey mustard too" "I'd like brown please". So that was annoying, and now I know to stop them and tell them what ingredients I want before they just start throwing stuff on. But the biggest thing, and the reason I won't be back, is that some how a sandwich combo and a sandwich cost me $40+!!! It all tasted fine. But honestly it's no different than Subway, except for Subway actually has a lot bigger selection of ingredients. In my experience the subways in Boerne and this Jersey Mike's are exactly the same quality of...
Read moreI want to thank the manager at Jersey Mike's in Boerne. I was in a rush to place an order for pickup for lunch and saw BOERNE, however, I was in need of the one closer to my house in Leon Springs. I placed the order but at the wrong location by accident. When my gal went to pick it up, she called and asked about it. It was then I realized I placed it for the wrong location. She purchased the order at the one in Leon Springs that I had initially placed at the Boerne location. I called the Boerne location and they couldn't have been nicer in understanding the mix up. They prompted refunded my entire purchase without issue. I want to compliment them for doing the right thing and thank you for that. I know the food is great there and the sandwiches are awesome. For this act of handling customer service, I give them an A+++ and will go up there and enjoy the sandwich I intended to get. Much appreciated for taking great care of Jersey Mike's Loyal...
Read moreWent for the grand opening at 10am, was unaware that they opened at 9:45am so it was super packed. Food was great as always with Jersey Mike’s but definitely skimped on the Mike’s Way ingredients. Saw a ton of coupons on Facebook but didn’t receive any in the mail or know where to get them. Staff at register said I couldn’t get any of the deals because I didn’t have the physical coupon. What a let down. Also, space is pretty small, with few tables. On the positive, great variety of chips (more so than other Jersey Mike’s) and staff didn’t mess up my order. Overall, I would probably come back but the grand opening...
