Iâve been to the Boerne location only twice the first time they were really rude and we didnât receive all of our items But, I thought maybe it was just that day whatever. Weeks pass and I order food through the app and ordered the new brownie milk shake, NOT the regular ice cream version that Wendy also has. Iâve seen the difference of them and no matter what we asked or said they still told us that we were wrong and it only comes in one formâŠ. Now, if that were the case I would have just bought the cheaper one and called it a day but at this point Iâm just left feeling like I paid for things I didnât actually order with no kindness when confronted with the fact that they messed up and didnt wanna fix it when honestly it something simple and I was trying to be genuine about it. (although when is itâs a customers job to de-escalate a situation, place, or person of an establishment that I donât even work for?)⊠itâs just weird
I donât like to argue and the woman there seemed like she did so I just left it at that
We were the only people there the first and second time, so there should be no reason as to why their attitude is so uptight, no reason as to why the food quality taste worse than other locations and absolutely no reason to mess up orders the way they do when their not even dealing with a rush.
Honestly, I barely started ordering food from Wendyâs near my work. and it was actually pretty good. But, Since moving and going to this Wendyâs, I truthfully donât know the next time I ever will order again (just from my experiences) but it will never be from this location again. Rip my Wendyâs...
   Read moreI've been going to this Wendys since 2007. It has gone down hill every year for over 10 yrs. They can't keep help & those that stay are unfriendly. The one GOOD Manager you treated terrible & then shipped him out, his name was Basil the kind of person who laughter joked he sung songs beautiful voice. Kind of person who made you feel welcome, but y'all did him wrong. I quite going there because your place is falling apart the bathroom locks are always broken, when it rains they have buckets setting every were to catch the rain & the service is awful your food was once good but not any more you want more money & your food isn't worth the cost. I will never go back their again today was the deal breaker. I had lunch there for many years but now I will be going across the street to Burger King you can get a large burger with the works 2 for $6. bucks their place of business is in well kept sharp no leaks good service bath 3 stalls for ladies room always clean always paper. I have owned my own business for many years & if I ran my place like the Boerne Texas Wendy's I would not have lasted as long as I did.    Read moreIâm not a customer, Iâm a delivery driver. Tonight I was taking care of a double order from two different customers.
They closed there lobby at 7 even when familyâs were still eating. Drive through line was 10 cars long. I tried asking if I could wait inside to pick up my order, but two very rude employees one male one female closing shift 11/17/22 seemed to be in a rush to leave. Told me I would have to âdeal with itâ and wait in line for an order having me have to cancel this poor ladyâs order. And Waisting time to deliver the other gentlemanâs order I had picked up before.
If this isnât a problem I believe it should be. Maybe company policy says they canât let me in to pick up an order but they really could have been a lot nicer. I couldnât help but be very upset and having to lose my time money and gas just to drive to this location.
I donât recommend to any delivery drivers on any app to pick up orders from Wendyâs unless itâs during the day. Closing shift employees clearing hate there job and donât seem to care for the company they work for. In my opinion.
I already donât eat this location because of the customer assistance. But Iâm trying to do my job...
